They were kids when FL’s mom let ML’s mom be the one adopted. ML’s mom didn’t suffer growing up. it’s not like she happened to get abusive parents. that would have 100% made her motive of revenge somewhat sensible. still misplaced, but I would get it. She was se—lly assaulted when she became older. How is that FL’s mom fault. Blame the perp. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I get your dad made you marry the perp, but again, that one moment being linked back to revenge on FL’s mom? Why not take out your adoptive dad?? Anyways, it came out nonsensical. As for how ML’s mom treated him, I get having maybe postpartum depression and disliking your child born out of such circumstances, but going to such lengths to hurt him and make him feel alienated? Yup, woman is just crazy and not necessarily due to that event in her life. 🤷🏻‍♀️

well. hmm. ep 25. ML’s mother’s motive for some of her actions were weak. I have to scratch it up to woman is simply crazy from the get go. there was no catalyst…hear me out…

There is ofc backstory trauma but the bandaid and cure that they bring to each other’s lives is so sweet 🥲

omg. Tao Ming Xiao’s character is hilarious and so over the top. we are back to this having the funny moments, which is nice after the stress in the middle

omg. the scene where Cheng Kai Ran tells Tao Ming Xiao that he shares everything with Li Jin Yu…and the misunderstanding from that 😂 🤣 😂 I almost choked on my boba

I like it so far. there are parts that are slow paced, but OTP has good chem and I really like FL. It was enjoyable watching them get together. Things shift at ep 15ish and now I have no idea what’s going to happen. I’m a lot frustrated with ML, but I want to trust his reasoning just as much as FL 🥺I’m only at wp 17 so I can’t tell how it will end

omg. ML better speak up. I’m at ep 15 and I’m about to kick him. i’m just so confused. He sees her pulling away and being so distant and he kind of knows what it’s about yet. He is not doing anything to resolve the problem and instead keeps asking if she’s still mad and if she has regrets 🤦🏻‍♀️ bruh

the woman was only to establish that her “uncle” liked her mom and that made his wife jelly and thus she had motive to go off the deep end and…kill her 😬 Idk who is worse. obsessive jerk or killer “aunt” 🤣

Yeah. I think part of the fail was the family ish dragged on in circles for way too long so the pacing felt off, ESPECIALLY when the truth of her identity plot twist AND the ML revenge plot line blew up AND obsessive dude got more screen time AND they tried to sneak in romance…all in the LAST 10 eps 🤦🏻‍♀️ tf

omg! We definitely watched this with the same set of eyes! I was low key trying to determine if maybe she was wearing different shades of that atrocious peachy/orangy dress the entire drama 😂 AND FL’s VOICE!!! It was like chalk on wall by the end. It wasn’t baby whiney like some actresses do but it was close. Just this tininess to eat that made me think that’s how mice would sound if they talk. Okay. I just thought of that part now 😂 Not trying to be mean but it just detracted from the enjoyment

now that you mention it, I was rage binging towards the end because I just wanted to be done. Even all the actors seemed like they wanted to be done 😂 the tight lipped smile that ML was doing was getting cringy and I loved him in Are You The One. He is the reason I added this drama on PTW 😢

and the fact that he got an ending scene where FL was shook that he was shot with an arrow and ppl suggesting he took the arrow for her 🤦🏻‍♀️ both times she got hurt or almost got hurt, the target was SML and she just happened to get away. I didn’t like that obsessive creeper got even a moment of sympathy

the everytime SML appeared, I thought of this comment 😂 you are so right! As soon as he said “mei mei” or gave his crooked smile, I straight wanted his face to meet my fist 😤

I was ready to throw hands everytime he came on the screen 🤬I saw some ppl in comments paired FL with SML and just noooo 🤢 He is so red flag in the worst ways. nothing hot about him 😖

everytime SML gets into FL’s personal space, I want her to step away or push him away, but she just stands there like a deer caught in headlights. It’s not like she’s completely afraid of him since she throws sassy poking remarks at him. how is that not her natural instinct? he annoyingly uses his height to intimidate 😬
