Charlie holding out as long as he did? Phew. I was rooting for him so hard. Then Babe hit him with that whiny while naked combo and it was game over.
Last ep was a quite meh for me but this episode brought me right back in. I still see the flaws but I'm invested again. They better not cripple or kill Alan because they're spending way to much time on his condition.
Justice for North and Sonic. They've been baiting with them in the previews for three weeks now. They need to wrap it up pronto.
Been a while since I watched a k-drama that was fun all the way. I know they're going to ruin it down the line with palace intrigues and whatnot but for now it's a comedic gem for me. The prince reminds me of Mills and Boon Historical leads from the 90s.
kept scrolling to find this comment. glad I'm not the only one. not to be mean but it feels we have all collectively…
I'm guessing "collectively stupid" does not apply to you because you seem not to be falling for "sth like this". It'll be doing yourself a disservice to continue watching. I hope you find something with noteworthy scenes to feed your intellect.
I can't put my finger on it but there's something about how Pond sounds in ep 2 that feels like ants are crawling in my brain. I'd blame the sound but it's just his voice or maybe the delivery? I don't know mahn. I'll leave this for now and try again after a few eps.
better choice, i found Ahn Eun Jin so annoying in season 1😵💫 ... especially her interjections (reactions)…
Is the site wonky or something? Did User Aveira reply to my comment and block me? Come on. Facts can't be that scary. Good thing is that others can still see the exchange and judge for themselves.
My least favourite characters are delusional xters who refuse to give up on someone who clearly has no romantic interest in them and they get up to all kinds of nefarious shit trying to "win" that person over. This drama has three such characters. I can already see the plot leaning heavily on the trope. Uh.
I must be hard of hearing because I've never noticed an actor has been dubbed. So long as the sound matches the lip movements, I'm good. And unless a voice is off completely, I don't mind it at all. I guess we all look for different things in drama.

A 2% rating on a cable channel is not a flop. The first season was very successful at 5%. That the second season is not performing as well doesn't make it terrible. You see that all the time with variety shows.
The amount of foolishness in this episode? I can't. And if I hear "Charlie" one more time I'll pull out my non-existent hair. Willy was unbearable. I can't stand the character after last episode.
I don't get it. He owes 500k to a violent loan shark. His van can fetch that amount. His dad has stuff to sell worth that amount. Why not sell and pay off the debt first?
"It's the rare k-drama that successfully subverts clichés and gives the impression that it's something new."…
My phrasing was ambiguous so I understand the confusion. And the placement of the sentence makes it easy to come to the meaning I didn't intend. Tbh if I wanted to be specific to this drama I would have used "It's a..." rather than "It's the..." at the start of the sentence. I was simply pointing out that only few dramas do something special with clichés. Maybe I should have added "This drama is not one of them but I like it nonetheless" to make it clearer. But if you approach my comment without bias, you'll see that it can be read two ways.

Long and short, I like the drama even though it's not particularly special.
