Maybe in your culture y'all are limited to two genders. If you have a culture to call your own, that is. Gender is not binary in my culture and many others around me. You make a good argument but... we both know they're not being intentional else the first time we see the vampires won't be at that super exclusive event and Thana would be dressed a little differently. They actually tried to replicate that aura but they're just not getting it. They're just lucky to have viewers who fill in the gaps for them to make it make sense.

Maybe you mean sensations rather than emotions? And even at that just taste and smell. The silliness of vampires twinkling in the sun put me off Twilight so I don't understand the comparison 🌚

I was going to critique this drama but Joss came onscreen and I forgot everything else. The man is beautiful my goodness. I have liked Gawin forever but I barely spare him a glance when Joss is onscreen. What a beauty.

GMMTV please spend some fucking money on special effects. Please. I said it after ep 1 but the vampires are so damn slow. Just getting from point A to point B takes forever. Let's not even expect the ability to dodge bullets. And what's with all the tripping and falling over when pushed? The worst for me is that the vampires don't have rizz, steeze, presence, that magnetism that draws in you. Vampire characters especially ones as elite and well-drank as these should make the air ripple when they're onscreen with their sheer presence. Even without the fangs and yellow eyes. Didn't anyone do the homework? Nakan is supposed to be the villain but so far he's giving spoilt brat.

That said.

Bruh. I'm not complaining, just want some character development. I wasn't even thinking fight the company when I wrote my comment. She didn't even try, to clear herself of the AI-accusation, to find a middle ground with the company to at least finish the comic, to call Manman's bs out. She just threw her hands up and that was it. I just hated how quickly she moved on given how much she had put into the original comic and let them give it an anyhow ending. That's my grouse. The not trying anything else at all.

(She didn't have money to buy ski googles but can afford to pay two assistants on the new comic. Just pointing that out, not saying she should have used her money to fight that stupid company.)

I don't get it. You hate the FL's voice. It's cringe. It's not as good as something else. The FL is too old to act a childish character. You don't like the ML. Etc. Etc. Why the fuck would you then keep watching? Isn't time finite? You have lots of it to watch something it sounds like you completely dislike? DROP THE DAMN DRAMA AND MOVE ON. I need to something to happen soon. I like how cute everything is so far but the leads need some conflicts in their lives to drive character development. I want to see them make tough decisions. And Zhi has some growing up to do. I hated how she didn't even try to save her comic and left the manager and Manman to do whatever. We've seen she's not afraid of conflict so she better show some of that fire when it comes to her work.

I knew I was right to avoid this comment section. Going to stay away and watch this drama peacefully. If you like slightly OTT romcoms, you'll like this.

I don't think I have watched a more lovable lead couple. I'm usually not a fan of characters who act all immature but Wei Zhi is impossible not to like. She's so playful and mischievous and has no guile whatsoever. You can't help but want to take care of her. I also like that she's not a prude. She throws herself in that man's arms every chance she gets lol. Pretty sure she'd have kissed him by now if he gave her even the smallest encouragement. As for the voice, that's how the character sounds and it's okay by me. There are people who sound like that. Why should it be a problem in a fictional character? And I don't want to hear anything about the actor doing similar roles. Being typecast is par the normal for most actors at this point.

Yan and Nanfeng need to have a proper conversation at this point. She knows he likes her a lot and seems to be taking advantage of it. He knows she treats him as disposable and goes along with it. It's tiring to watch.

To be fair she isn't treating him any different from how she always has, like he's disposable. The only unexplained thing was blocking him and then adding him back again when they meet without an explanation.
