agree. It had me entranced til it didn't real fast. It was the direction of the story. I expected different, this path they evolved didn't feel comfortable to me for some reason. well my review will be like yours mostly :)

agree. I can feel their good bond in their acting and while not. They are connected in a great way! ohhh, something you had hoped for in Dare You to Death. Got me interested now :) I haven't watched it yet. I am marinating it and it only has 2 eps to go and avoiding it mostly.....but your comment is now gonna make me compare against this series LOL Now I can't wait to start Dare You to Death.

LOL that was a fun post to read :) You got it bad!! Yea their dynamics are not the usual, they are unique and that is why I just feel they work so well together. They are just chaotic and that is one of my draws to them. They really shine for me too!! And the styling change for Pooh lately has been killer handsome, strong ya know. These 2 just entertain the heck outta me! Grim Lover, yea can't wait. Need it now haha

I just did a rewatch of S 1 and 2 of PitBabe....omgosh I am so excited about Grim Lover. I can't wait. Normally I let series marinate and binge them but this one, I am going week to week and tear my hair out waiting for the next ep cause I am a Pooh and Pavel fan! I also love their series are 13 eps. Not short, writers give us a lot of story and a lot of action in their series! Weeee

Finished it and loved it. Fan of Force and Book, along with Junior and Mark (great chem for both pairs!) so I enjoyed the heck outta this series. I felt I wasn't going to like it in a way cause of the twisty plot but I got engaged and it held me the whole way. I felt the soothing vibe and waving calm melody throughout as it was somewhat action packed with mystery and violence but the vibe kept me feeling comforted. I don't know, I got entranced with it :) I felt 2 vibes in the story but it melded so well for me. Enjoyable, will be a rewatch for me! Thanks Book for throwing that white shirt over the camera, NOT lol

Same, I thought it was kinda too light and twisty type mystery for me in a way but I got hooked cause I am a fan of Force and Book and they shined in this series and Junior and Mark were a good pair against the others too. Everything clicked in this for me, plus the evil detective, she was great!

Re-watch and enjoyed it again. Did a bit of fast forward thru parts that weren't so interesting to me. S1 I thought was better than S2 but this did catch my attention with the great songs, the scene location shooting in pretty surroundings and while it has the usual old tropes in it with misunderstandings and each partner not hearing the other, it still is a fun series. On rewatch I found I liked it more than when I originally watched it LOL (Actor Tao, who plays Ko has flashes of resembling Newwie for me. His face angles on the screen remind me of Newwie and also some of his eye and mouth actions just hit with 'wow, he looks like Newwie' LOL) Tao has an addictive smile :) I like all the actors in this, with the bit of behind the scenes footage it seems they all had a good time in filming!

Re-watch, still like it :) Winner and Chris truly work so well together! This story actually packs in a lot of action and comedy and I thoroughly enjoyed it again!

I kinda enjoyed it cause visuals were great but honestly for being this super short, emotionally stunted characters, poorly executed/edited and just lacking so much story info/depth it just doesn't cut it for me. Not enough meat on the bone. Had potential but this fails for me.

so true, patience. Great word to describe their nuance. I also am favoring the Japan series just for the serene and calm feeling they present to me. Thai and more are fab but the vibe the JBLs just shines to me.

Ep 1 and 2 under my belt. S2 is just as awkward as S1 and I am now a friggin' fan of my 2 awkward mains. Honestly I am becoming addicted to Tide of Love......and S2 feels so ominous, I am getting anxious. Our evil dude is scaring me. Ep by ep I will tackle my fav crazy series. I need to see this as it hits the air because it feels so homey and embarrassing to me, I don't know why, but I wanna be part of their wild ride. Help :) Ahhh

Yea, this is Japan series so......we be lucky we don't just get the dead Japan kissing HAHA but you are so right....he is so patient, and thing is W wants it, wants it bad, but keeps talking himself out of it :) We all need to band up and stop these overthinking leads!

Finished it. Binged it all. 13 eps was LONG but the lead, come on, Nut did so well in this role I couldn't take my eyes off of him. Pure talent! Such a great actor! The story has one of the most unbelievable should be dead by shooting, stabbing, blunt force trauma, poison, and more but they survive easily thru it all :) I have to say I laughed a lot but again, it was LONG. I will rewatch just for the fun of it. All actors did great and sad the story line did tank towards the last few eps but what the heck, it was a wild ride.

Ep4 and still enjoying the heck outta this series. Mains are engaging, the whole vibe of the show is comforting and a huge plus is how uncomplicated it is for it is just sailing along with the mains and their feelings being activated. So soothing and the photos they have taken that will support their bond probably thru their time together......loving it. Ep5 next and we finally might get a little spice? :)

6 eps down. I like it but for specific reasons. I adore Nut as the main lead in this absolutely off the wall comedy series. He is shining like no tomorrow for his acting but the character I wanna choke those screams silent :) Ping is good support, they don't have tons of chem tho to me but another comment said they are already broken in contract as a pairing, so? I'm laughing hard, some of the plot is mind blowing like forgiving the dude that killed ya once and then shoots ya next, then ya get a new love letter LMAO Oh I wanna ship the King and Jade, heehee. This is a wild ride. It also carries some heavy content with social and cultural values etc. and is getting their message across in this comedy to me. Little trouble holding my attention tho and I am kinda over it already but I will somehow finish the incredible length of 13 eps. 13 eps, come on!!!! I feel like I ran an entire marathon already!

Hard not to compare Thai and Japan version when ya watched one and now are watching this version. I like it. I love the more natural organic vibe of how the story is presented but it is a bit confusing when I think about the more filler chat from the Thai version giving me a bit more explanation. This version feels more lacking in info about what is really going down but again, I am all in for it :) (Jin's character actor Shouta reminds me so much of actor Winner from My Dear Gangster Oppa? huh. When I see Shouta on screen I am just get flashes of Winner LOL)

OK OK I'm done with the series. I am laughing like a hyena right now cause I don't know what to think about it all. Too much content rolling at once, not enough growth or depth of story line for main character plots or ?? too much focus on fluffy when the story isn't really fluffy?? I don't know how to describe it all but that speech by Nut (gym partner) at the wedding.....HOLY.......Kin's face was frozen in a grimace like do I beat the hell outta this dude or just stand and listen and I don't know what to do? Who would say you are in love with the groom at their wedding? Then I wanted to cry for Don. WOW. But the final scene....hysterical. LMAO with Kin wanting to change up to some new and Than saying it's ok to leave some things alone. Ahh, really I don't know, but I actually will re-watch this again. I found parts so great and then I found a lot that annoyed but thru it all I liked the main characters and I like the real actors who played those parts so, leaving this one alone in my brain, not gonna think more on it and accept it as it is :)
