I feel like ep 20 - 21 need discussion section of its own. I don't think QY did anything wrong with her decision to marry LCX. She's smart but from beginning her revenge plan is always rough that even Old Madam and Head Madam can read her way ahead. This is consistent with her impulsive action in leaving SR. Even SR didn't get angry like YR did when LCX proposing QY in earlier ep. He has grown to understand her inside out and QY too towards SR. SR has been in military and have seen life beyond Hengtang, so he's more on better planning than QY. He knows QY as how he observes her from far after knowing her engagement to LCX. He didn't panic, he knows how QY normally is despite her cold exterior. QY is not backing down with her revenge so it's up to him to create path for them. The drama plot got so many inconsistencies and questionable setup but so far character settings are intact.

All these plays of competing for the top resources, big money that cause the decline in quality and audience ran away.
