I'm going to be honest with you here. If I entered every drama, with my unrealistic high expecatations of what a drama SHOULD be, a single asian drama wouldn't cut the mustard. The truth hurts. But it's true. In that regards, I will always be giving movies 10's (only 2 hours to work with, less chance to go wrong) and I'll be labelling everything 5 or 4.<br /><br />But life will be soooo boring if I did that, so yes, I was one of those people that gave Master's Sun a 9. Does it deserve such a high ranking? Probably not. But considering a lot of dramas out there, I can think of worse that are less deserving of the scores they got.<br /><br />But hey...that's another convo altogether :D

Hahaha, I'm still giving Heirs a chance. It's getting too much flak that it doesn't deserve, but then I hope this introductory phase doesn't last too long, and teaches everyone to eat their words :P Whenever I start a drama, I always wish it well...never do I start with a negative attitude. However sometimes it pays to call it quits. I don't care what any1 says, I'm watching till they reach that scene where PSH accidentally walks inbetween a testerone fuelled glaring contest (you'll see, when you come to it)...ah, the smirk on Woo-Bin ah's face!

However the drama of the week for me is SECRET. What about u?

This drama is NOT the jewel of Taiwanese dramas. The female lead acts like a very young child, just...how are all the viewers coping? I dropped midway thru ep 2, can't remember now.

Any theories on what he did...?

Do Hoon....what a ba***rd. What good is giving up the badge when he's making googly eyes at Se Yeon (who came across awfully snobby when interacting with Yoo Jung) and exactly what did he do with that poor father-in-law?

I cried so bad when she was sniffing her father's jacket, and lamenting about not being able to repay her debts to his love...I think it struck a cord with all of us

Can someone explain to me why that girl (who I thought was Yoo-Jung's friend) assaulted that poor baby? What was her beef?

And also how do we know it was Min-Hyuk who arranged for that nasty girl to move and also took the toddler to an orphanage, and if the kid is still alive, where is he???

Brilliant show. Can't recommend it highly enough. If the remaining 10 episodes continue in a similar vein, this might become my favourite drama EVER. I've always been Hwang Jung Eum's fan anyway, so I feel like I'm being double treated XD

Krystal portrayed a jealous, extremely irritating, overbearing girlfriend to Min Hyuk. If that's what she set out to achieve, I think her acting is bang on for that role^^

I know! My favorite bit, was the last minute, when they're all in their school uniforms, Lee Min Ho and the other guy are sizing each other up and then Park Shin Hye walks into the middle of that male meat sandwich looking at her phone...

I'm watching Master's Sun like everybody else, but I'm also delving into dramas from the past O.o head's up on "lie to me"...it's well worth watching until that cola incident, but it gets extremely dry after. I dropped at ep 10, lol. Are you going to watch Heirs debut 2moro?

Yes! Omg. I agree with everything that is in your main body profile. I went through a phase of singing "This is paradiissee..." too, and then you mentioned gold-diggers and I wrote an entire article ABOUT them, and to cap it all off you said all rom-coms are sweet till ep 7, then they turn all stormy and turbulent. HUZZAH! Though I might extend that to ep 10, teehee, before they "turn"

Viewers, all I can say is stick with it. The romance will seem heavily "one-sided" and sometimes you will feel like kicking the screen, because it seems like Xiang Qin has no self-respect.

But hang on in there. The sequel "They Kiss Again" makes it ALL worth it. So many kisses. Zhi Shu is almost like a completely different person. Yeah, that jerkish side is there but he is more willing to smile, spoon his wife, KISS his wife oh my gawd there's like 1 or more practically every episode, and it's a JOY to watch.

I'm only on ep 5, but rest assured I will come back in the end and write a big review in the TKA page. Look out for it!

ha...not encountered my drama of 2013 yet. I have 9x travel on my "plan to watch" (it's a TVN drama, must be good) but been putting it off. After watching They Kiss Again, I might try it.
