lol, yes!
Tolerance is humanity's biggest weapon to live peacefully. Ever notice, both World Wars were caused by men? Why are they so prone to fly of the handle then women? (Though there are violent women out there too...shiver)
YEH is not my fav actress, though I think she's a fabulous person and extremely lovable & cute.
I enjoyed "Coffee Prince" and she's the best "kisser" in korean TV, but even that couldn't make me stick with "Lie to Me" and "Goong." I hate it when they make her cry. Because when she starts to do much, I start to find whatever character she's portraying as "annoying." Especially in Lie to Me, when she started blubbing ALL the time, and it was over a GUY who she's only known 2 weeks, and what a waste of tears :/
Otherwise, she is certainly watcheable even though she isn't one of my favs :)
Seeing Lee Min Ho in that "snow" still, tears me up. Not because he's cold, but purely because his look, his acting, his n00b status (which benefited him, instead of hyping him up) completed BOF yet now it's the total opposite. That's the Lee Min Ho of old.
I agree with all the examples, and this article is simply dashing!!! Funny how love cures everything...
Once again - FABULOUS JOB.

Haha, men accuse women of being shallow (going for their wallet) and women think men have mid-life crisis's (a la Johnny Depp) and trade their beautiful wives for younger wtf models because they are weak, and scared of their impending mortality.
Yes, I'm 20-something but at least I don't feel any pressure to marry before I'm 30, even though my culture back home, practically writes you of as "goods-nobody-wants" by then. Shocking.
Back in the sub-continent, women are seen like cattle, families have to pay dowries to the male family, so in most cases (not all) the men think it's OK to hit the wife, get her pregnant all the time, etc etc.
Although that's not the case here, thankfully, where women are working & supporting themselves. Nobody has to get married. Statistically 50% end in divorce anyway. Korea has also massively improved,& I'm hoping that growth reaches my part of Asia too!

Hi, I just read ur review for the "woman who still wants to marry." Brilliant review! I agree...the whole "christmas cake" terminology is just terrible. There's just the same stigma in India/Sri Lanka too. This makes me grateful for living in the west!! lol.
I watched Koizara (the drama) and I was bawling by the 1st episode, even though nothing had happened yet!! For the risk of my sanity, I decided not to watch the remaining 2, incase I collapsed with grief.
Again with 1 litre of tears...I absconded by the 8th episode. I also bailed at Scent of a woman, ep 11, when he finally finds out...gosh. What's wrong with me? I need to learn how to weather melodramas better!
That was the most uncomfortable kiss I ever seen. The poor girl kept pushing and pushing while he kept forcing…
I know you and Chrisstina had a whole interaction there, but I'd just like to go back to your original comment.
No, I don't find the kiss romantic and it shouldn't be intrepreted as such. If anyone is finding that sexy, I hope they don't find stuff like "stockholm syndrome" sexy. lol, what am i like.
I prefered that kiss though, rather than Yoo Jung reciprocating. tbh I'm not fussed if they get together & have 2.2 babies, white picket fence, the whole shebang at the end, but that is highly rose-tinted, and I don't know if it fits in with the whole mood of the drama. I just hope they surprise us in a good way.

Trust me, dude. I luv romance as much as u do. I champion romance so much I'm hiccuping hearts all the time XP Howeva you're at risk, of writing off some really gr8 action out there. Seriously. Put down everything and wotch "the man from nowhere"...then come and backchat lol. I don't think you will hate it though! It will be too great.
Haha, I dropped Full House too, but that didn't stop me from liking Hwang Jung Eum in it :P They killed No Min Woo though (his clothes)...
Why you loling at Vampire prosectuor? I get it, you're probably thinking it's CSI: Twilight.

Girl, I dropped "Heirs" after sixth episode :P (lolz, did you know Secret Garden, the drama we both hate, and Heirs r both written by the same person?! Would explain a lotta things doncha think??) :O :D :P
I'm also watching SECRET, currently my bias of 2013. It's what elevated Hwang Jun Eum as a fav actress for me. I liked her in CYHMH, Full House: Take 2 as well (fashion was horrendous, though) and I'm itching to start Incarnation of Money, another one of hers.
Also I'm trying to watch a little Won Bin (recommend the MAN FROM NOWHERE), and catch up on Vampire Prosector (both seasons.) That answer ur question, lol?

What drama r u watching at the moment?
(Sorry couldn't resist popping over, when I saw your reply!)
XD
Seriously, am I the only one who didn't like this drama? more of, dropped it ! I was watching it a year after…
(continued)
And so many ppl have given this 10. *shakes head* Oh well...that's the beauty with all of us having differing taste! We can watch what the hell we like, and make our own conclusions!

I got to episode 11, before I dropped. Literally I felt like I was pushing prongs into my eyes, that's how much I forced myself to watch. Then I thought, "nobody has to put themselves through this" and I dropped, haha.
When they switched bodies it could've been funnier (imo) and I didn't like Hyun Bin barging into her place, and buying her new beds, chandelier, and telling her he was keeping her close because she was his new obsession, but he was planning on dropping her etc etc...
Maybe this shizz works for some ppl. But it didn't for me. He came across like an interfering busybody, with selective amnesia which kept repeating similar lines. And Ha Ji Won's character...started off so strong, an action stunt girl, but her bad-ass streak literally got so diluted, I thought wtf?
(A little spoiler alert!!!!) I started this drama while eating, which turned out to be a bad idea or maybe a good…
Even if you hadn't meant to post this HERE, I am absolutely DYING to know, what drama you're talking about. Please spill the beans. You will have my eternal gratitude.
Out of curiosity (I've only watched The Man from Nowhere) but this guy is really big in Korea, yet he stars in few projects, and I noticed the ratings for most of them are not gr8, mostly 7's. What is the appeal? Does the guy star in a lot of CF's and MV's and really bubbly? But I hear contradictory information that he is introverted (whoop, i'm loving this guy more & more) and keeps himself to himself.
Somebody, ye Gods, explain this to me. Doesn't matter if you're a few months late :)
