Honestly, if it wasn't for you, I didn't realize I watched so many dynasty dramas :o There are so many dynastic melodramas!

I DIDN'T LIKE THE ENDING EITHER. HIGH FIVE. That drama made me so unsatisfied. But I'll give you my top five Chinese/HK dramas <br />1. The Gem of Life<br />2. To Grow With Love [Pretty old but is a "modern" drama<br />3. Symphony of Fate<br />4. Rich Man, Poor Love<br />5. Dreams Link<br />6. Love in the Forlorn City [as an extra D: ]<br />Definitely recommending Heart of Greed / Moonlight Resonance [they're both related, MR is the sequel to HoG] as one of the top HK series for modern family drama!<br />D.I.E. and D.I.E. I have to say Heart of Greed and Moonlight Resonance as one of the top TVB dramas back then. SO:

I'm actually picky about the dramas I watch. They have to have a good plot, or a plot that interests me. Then I look if I like the actresses/actors. Haha. Then it has to have romance. I don't like the movies centralized around China in the 60s-80s. Hate the way they dress LOL. My first dramas were HK. Then Korean. Then Chinese. I should have explained that. The korean dramas were constantly dubbed in chinese haha. And if there's any chinese drama I want to recommend right now, it'd be Our Love, a rom-com. I looked at your list and you don't have it anywhere. Maybe you'd like it!

Haha, you seem to love Korean dramas. I used to be a huge fan D: Then I got captured by the Chinese dramas. Any dramas to recommend though?

Noo, I was born in NYC c: But my parents came from China and never picked up the language so I had to continue speaking cantonese at home. I started off with HK dramas then moved on to Taiwan/China ones cause my parents found the acting much better c: What about you? Korean?

Oh and I speak cantonese, the dialect ~ I can understand mandarin though haha. Easy to pick it up after watching so many chinese dramas with my parents c:
