Well forget it if you haven't read and have no interest in the novel series. It is news for novel readers. DD4 is the 4 th part of Douluo Dalu series. Lan Xuanyu is the grandson of Tang San. This drama's season 1 and season 2 is roughly based on DD1, i.e. only the first part that is the story of Tang San from his childhood to when Martial Soul Hall is destroyed by him and he becomes Sea God finally.
DD2 is set 10,000 yrs after DD1, is story of someone else, Huo Yuhao ( known as Holy Ice Douluo) who became the son -in- law of Tang San, and ascended the seat of God of Emotions.
DD3 is set 20,000 yrs after DD1, it is focused on Tang San's son , Tang Wulin also known as the Dragon Emperor Douluo.
DD4 is actually set ~30,000 years after the time Tang San currently is in the drama. And the tale focusses on Tang Wulin, his wife Gu Yuena and primarily their son Lan Xuanyu - MC.
In b/w there is DD2.5 and DD3.5, both of these are focused on important happenings in the Divine Realm which influenced the events in DD3 and DD4 respectively.

Don't expect much romance here, even though there is a bit of it, it is extremely slow. If you are just wanting to see romance, then this is not the right place.

By the way, for novel fans DD 5 is going to come in May. That means maybe only 2 months left for Lan Xuanyu's story(DD 4) to finish. Ah! It is so long. More than 1600 chapters now, it is the longest and the most draggy of all San Shao's novels.

Well, actually Tang Hao couldn't kill Bibi Dong at that time, as he was badly wounded, old injuries, not because he didn't want, well it doesn't matter much!!. No one could stop Tang Hao from leaving Soul Hall, who can stand in front of his power! I like his explosive power a lot, pity , it wasn't shown in the drama. As for the rest of Shrek Monsters and teachers, Xiao Gang, Erlong and Flander, they were not guilty in any way as per Soul Hall, so they had no problem in getting out of Soul Hall,. In one of the last episodes Flander asked, each of the students what they wished to do, if you remember. They will do what they said, except Xiao San and Xiao Wu of course.

2.Where did Hu Lie Na leave for?
In drama is really confusing, there is no Hu Liena at all, just Qian Renxue is acting as an imposter, if I can see correctly. I don't what the hell, the scriptwriter means here. So, where does Qian Renxue go? According to the novel, she must be now in Tian Dou Empire posing as Xue Qinghe.

3. What's Bi Bi Dong's problem? And did she cause her husband to die because she wanted to catch a Soul Beast (TS's mom)?
What problem are you referring to? iirc, she killed her husband mostly because he tortured her very much, forcefully married her and even raped her according to novel. A classic example of a sick, sadistic and overly arrogant man!!
When the Soul Hall powerhouses were catching Tang Hao and Ah Yin, in that hunt Bibi Dong was not a part. 7. Moon Blade 5-ring Soul Master- his name is Xie Yue, in the novel he was the brother of the "real" Hu Liena, not the fake one here. He is not that of a powerful soul master. 8. When will Season 2 come? Don't wait for it, it won't come that soon for sure.

Douluo Dalu 4 is ongoing right now, the MC is Tang San's grandson Xuanyu.
DD2 and DD3 are great even better than DD1, I liked both of them.

Yeah, mentioning that in that critical moment, sounded a bit out of place and weird suddenly. But those who are confused, isn't it obvious from the drama, that they weren't just siblings. I don't understand what is so puzzling about it to so many viewers?? Everyone at Shrek, knew their relationship was much closer than just that of brother-sister, including the teachers. There were many hints in the drama as well. As for, if you are worried that there is no love story still, and it was quite fast that he just directly called her lover in that moment, it will hopefully appear later in Season 2, also keep expectations of romance low here in DD, as it is usually "really slow" and easily overlooked based on my experience with anime/novel, no matter which couple you will see.
But I was quite disappointed, Tang Hao just flicked his hammer once when hitting Bibi Dong, I thought he could play a bit more moves, and show his power, ah ! that was just an empty wish after all. He didn't use any technique at all, not even Disorder Splitting Wind Hammer or Great Sumeru Hammer which was his signature skills.

Yeah, but know that drama void may not be that which is left in the novel. Both are different in a lot of aspects. But reading the novel/watching anime will give you a clear picture of the whole story of DD, by which even if the drama story is different, you may be able to understand and recreate it actively it out quite well, because after all the base material is same.
Having read the novel myself, even though drama story is different, I can very well adjust myself, get on with the flow, and fill the voids through either the overlooked parts in drama, or deductions, imagination or the novel material.
