Im not sure if people are enjoying it since this season is more focused on politics and the bad guys and yes the fluffy scenes are there but like you said there are lots of sad moments to come. I think Xiao Tan will be alright since we saw the part where she reunited with Mo Lian Cheng with the hormonal hug lol

On the first week VIPs gets 8 episodes straight away whereas non-vip users get 2 episodes each on Monday and Tuesday. Following next week, both VIP and non-vip will get 4 episodes. Overall VIPs just get 4 episodes ahead of non-vip users.

Ikr, and how devastating it is right now that Xiao Tan was so close to Jing Xin and in this world our Jing Xin kinda gets neglected I mean she looks sadder than ever. I kinda like skipped the gui fei scenes with the guy in black lol its kinda boring and I don't understand a thing.

The soul suppressing orb is still mysterious to me but I hope it helps Xiao Tan remember but then she can't remember because she has never gone through what the future Xiao Tan went through. It's fine if she loves Mo Lian Cheng again but it makes you feel pretty empty inside because her love from the future Xiao Tan is much deeper, sincere, and ofc they went through things together.

Plus, it feels like she hasn't really paid for her sins from the Xuan Ling world and she can't even feel that guilt because she never had the memories of Qu Xiang Tan. Mo Yi Feng will be furious cause Mo Lian Cheng keeps chasing her when he thought Xiao Tan will be paying back?

Are you talking about the part in 00:29? The background does look like Liu Qian Shui's house though. So I watched episode 3 and Liu Qian Shui helped Mo Lian Cheng with the face mask because Mo Lian Cheng knew so many secrets and he wishes to know who is the owner of the soul suppressing orb.

Yes, no offence but can like the parallel Mo Lian Cheng die instead ????I'm so sad but I think it's better that way because when merging the dominant soul would overtake the memory. But merging 2 people's memories is just messed up.

Everybody hated the last 4 eps of season 1 but I enjoyed the xianxia theme and I don't mind it cause I'm used to these kinds of things plus the use of magic was hinted very early in the drama so it was quite expected, So, like I kinda wanna see more of that world man. I miss Mo Yi Feng ????, I don't wanna see Mo Yi Huai going to the dark path again. And the demon king should still be alive if they are this early back again.

Someone said that our real Mo Lian Cheng will only wear white whilst the alternative one will wear coloured clothes so I guess it is easier to differentiate now.

I guess Qu Tan Er's soul is not so strong in this dimension and she died. Same but since they will merge together later which I hope not too late into the drama we can be at peace.

I could only manage the raw for a while, but it is just feels wrong for me cause there are two of them and Xiao Tan doesn't really that much of a great impression of the modern Mo Lian Cheng. Is it good so far, I got through 2 eps for now will wait for it to be dubbed in my language by the end of this week for all 8 eps. I just felt like the modern part for 1.5 eps was rushed lol.

I felt like when Xiao Tan returned to the modern world she somehow lost her memories. Cheng Cheng also came to the modern world through a different portal but only he remembers her and he had to go find her. The thing is that he recognises her in the modern world while she doesn't recognise him and he is laying low on his identity. Then they start dating as a modern couple? (she probably still does not know their past). Then those bad guys in the cloak start chasing them and stuff happened and I guess time travel occurs again.

They both probably returned to a different timeline or alternative world of Dong Yue.
Cheng Cheng might pretend not to know Xiao Tan to protect her? (it's something cliche ignoring one to protect) Because he is her "modern boyfriend" she claims that he is her BF when she was sent to the 8th Prince's Manor as a maid.

The part where Xiao Tan said "I am not her" and Cheng Cheng says "She is you" implies that she can't remember her past but thinks Cheng Cheng loves a different girl or using her as a replacement.

P.S. But my only loophole is whether Cheng Cheng actually remembers her in Dong Yue after time travelling. And when Xiao Tan claims that he is her BF at first but soon after she does not know him anymore or she assumes that he isn't her modern BF at all and starts to hate him.

I wonder if this amnesia plot is even in the novel since they both time traveled together to the modern world and fell into the sea and got saved by people on a yacht who thought they were filming a costume drama.

There are people saying that they time traveled to an alternative world. If I'm not wrong I swear I saw Tan Er's dad use magic/sorcery or new MV which he has no ability in season 1 or he was just hiding it (or I’m just blind and can’t tell who is who lol). So maybe in this alternative world, after Xiao Tan transmigrated, Tan Er is already dead from some mishap like the usual transmigration stories.

Holy moly I just saw the trailer and it's nothing like the MV lol. Yea I don't know who's chasing who now. Damn, I like how there's so much going on for a small web drama compared to those 50 eps + high budget ones. 11 more days fingers crossed. Hopefully they can fill in the plot hole gaps for us.

The scenes between Duo Miao Miao and his mother are quite annoying at this point. It's repetitive and boring.
