I love the interactions between the leads and the brothers, but I have absolutely no interest for the office politics and the silly lady they are trying to pair the ex director brother with. Please tell me there's less of them, I'm on episode 6 btw.
Was disappointed with the casting since I thought they would put more experienced or versatile actors to play the leads, but it's airing on a unknown cable network - so it's kind of a no strings attached type of drama, like a web drama I suppose. Either way I'll check it out since the screen writer is the writer behind "Confidential Assignment" which I liked.
I think netflix changed it's policy concerning releasing collaborated TV shows. It won't be released on Netflix…
Yeah with Netflix you either have to wait til all the eps have aired, partially-halfway aired or there's a one week delay. It's also a marketing tactic to keep netflix viewers subscribed for longer haha, I used to be the type that subscribed when shows I liked aired (binge it lol) and unsubscribe when there was nothing worth watching.
It feels like Netflix has a sense of rythmn in knowing when to add Korean dramas and shows these days. Other than that, yes it sounds like a licensing procedure haha. With varieties I know it takes a lot of time for them to change BGM.
We are not changing all titles, there is a criteria. It should be before the series airs. We should compare it…
Thanks for the heads up. I wonder why those sites have chosen Something in the Rain, I'm too used to translated titles haha. Same goes to another JTBC drama "Age of Youth" which is seen as "Hello, my twenties" on wiki, asian wiki, Netflix.
I miss the original title haha, it was inspired by the Song-Song couple. I wish we didn't have to change so many drama titles, to make it more internationally friendly but I get it :(
school 2013 is one of my all time favourite dramas while I didn't like school 2015 at all. The romance was overshadowing…
School 2013> School 2017>School 2015 That's just my opinion haha. There is romance in School 2017, but not a lot that it overtakes the drama. I'm a huge fan of 2013 as well, so when watching School 2017 I was surprised that it was better than I thought. There are some things which were flawed, but it was a good run.
I'm slowly getting annoyed with this drama... Every single episode is similar to the previous one; nothing special…
Wait til the drama finishes, usually the rating is more accurate by then. There's a lot of viewers like me who haven't rated, since I don't do it until the show has ended. I found the first 3/4 weeks to be epic, but I've lost interest and have put it on hold. Sometimes I feel like the previews give out too much, so I lose the anticipation to watch it. I guess there's a lot of fans who like the concept, and love the actors haha.
I can't get my head around why "Because this is my first life" has 8.8, whilst "While you were sleeping" has 9 lol. Sure it's a 0.2 difference haha, but I'm enjoying watching BTIMFL so much more. I've put WYWS on hold since it's getting slightly boring.
I was thinking, what is with the dragging of the SM and JW couple, everyone knows how much they are loved. Let's hope this season ends on a good one :D
