The problem with EunJae is not the new actress, (she's doing very well the character) is how she's acting…
I think it's one of the most realistic breakups, a lot of people don't realise that in some cases you become so emotional and wound up - that you don't even know who you are. I think that was what the writer was trying to portray. Break ups are horrible, and you could lose all your friends in the process because of how much you changed. Now it's up to us viewers whether we can warm up to EJ and YJ, post break up - even if it takes til the end of this season.
Oh and yes I agree it's not the actress, but the way she is written this season. Which reminds me I really disliked YE last season, but she's alright now.
No, but it does help a lot with some of the character's backstory. Still you could always watch it backwards, and see Season 1 as an exciting prequel haha.
I thought the film was bearable only because of the last 30 minutes. The one thing they changed that was integral to the Death Note franchise - was that they made both L and Light emotional idiots. Rather than a fight between two intellects. Watching this film makes me want to go back to school, and become a screen writer purely to remake Death Note again LOL. There's rumours that there's a possible chance of Season 2.... .........Change the producer and writer, pronto.
Hmmmm for that particular case in ep 2 - yes. Though she isn't completely out of the X radar from others, and don't worry the plot doesn't drag. There's a few other sub plots within the drama so far :)
It's actually quite funny knowing that the actors that are playing Ho Bang, Jin Joo and Hae Chul are actually friends in real life. They appeared on variety "I Live alone" with Shi Eon.
Am I the only one who is struggling to get into this drama?
Yeah. It's pretty much a filler drama to me, however I'm hanging on pretty much because of Im Joo Hwan's character. If you've held on til ep 8, you've done well haha.
Loving Hae Chul's single teen dad arc. So refreshing and heartwarming.
Me too I'm loving it, and thank goodness Kwak Dong Yeon is playing the role - he's played quite a range of diverse characters over the years. With his talent, I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot of heartfelt scenes later on.
So far for me, I'm not fond of it just yet since it means writers have to really try hard to make me engaged enough to watch the next episode. So by chopping it up to 4 parts in the one week, I'm more likely to drop it earlier. Though I guess for most people it's easier to watch in smaller pieces haha. Personally for me I'd rather see an episode reduced to 45 minutes per episode.
I'm sooooooooooooo disappointed. They left SungHoon dying alone like a freaking stray dog. I couldn't…
Although SH started to redeem himself towards the end, it was a little too late - he's killed too many people, including his mother by accident. I do wish though they gave some SH x SJ happy scenes, but unfortunately they were running out of time. There also wasn't enough time for everyone to realise SH was suffering, since the writer decided to write him out as a psychopath. However what we do know is that SJ, didn't lose hope in him and loved him dearly regardless of what he did :) If you haven't watched this drama, I recommend K drama "I remember you" - The Sung brothers really reminded me of the brothers in that drama.
I'm still heartbroken from seeing Jung Hwan's ending - lost his love & heck knows if he's alive. I felt the drama needed an extra episode just to finalise the Taek X DS ship, it felt too lukewarm - not with the chemistry but how much they built up the JH X DS scenes prior. When I saw how little Taek X DS scenes there was it was a slap to the face. If you're going to finalise a ship, go all in with the ending lol.
One of the few U-Prince series that was actually decent, the leads can actually act! Aside of acting there's…
Yeah it's not the best acting but out of all the series I mean, he does a decent job. Out of the whole series (I've watched 11/12), there's 3-4 good ones and the rest are meh.
