Interesting you mentioned Taiga’s mom and step dad because it’s one of my highlights from episode three. The…
Exactly! It shows how his childhood and the nature of his work made him clever at manipulating the emotions of the people around him especially women as also commented by his friend. Whether this will change or not is all part of his character development.
Also rooting for Manami's happiness! she's also a layered character much like Taiga! I just love both of them :)
Liked ep 3. So many nice scenes. One of my favourite was Manami and her student talking about having similar parents…
Interesting you mentioned Taiga’s mom and step dad because it’s one of my highlights from episode three. The way I interpret it is that it’s basically their strategy to emotionally manipulate him. It’s actually sad to watch because you also see how he used the same tactic to Manami to manipulate her emotions in the episode. I think the writer did a fantastic job showing this. As the pressure of becoming the number one host continues, he will eventually hit a breaking point in the next coming episodes. I’d say, episode five being an important turning point in the plot. You should definitely look forward to that 😊
like the fl is 57 n ml is 22 same age as me, my grandma is same age as fl😨😨🤢, i saw someone commented…
Definitely not romance I would say. If the kiss is a deal breaker for you, then probably best to skip this. It will be extremely uncomfortable to watch it but also making you uncomfortable about the lead’s relationship is part of the experience of it all? sorry I can’t really explain it well without giving anything away.
Just know that this show has many twists and turns.
Loving this drama rn! looking forward to the second half. I do have some predictions as whose the real villain in the NIS and what the 4th ghost story might be. But the one thing, I'm still not sure is if the gold really exists. A lot of exciting stuff to look forward to!
the end of ep 10 when they go home holding hands and then when they arrived they both removed hands at the same…
Interesting, because the way I see it Saionji was the first one to let go when they saw the house. It's a little detail but also really telling about where Saionji's disposition lies about their situation. That no matter how much they like each other, family comes first. And I think Kusumi thinks this too as well.
But yeah, the entire thing was just sad to watch. It's a bittersweet feeling actually :(

< Na Juan & Xiao Yue> They've been together for 3 years. Their focus is more on the differences between their work values.
< Shen Lei & Meilan> Married. Their focus is more on their marriage and I'd say, self-discovery?
Every story, there is something to learn.
