Drama parents 🤝 doing the absolute opposite of what's actually best for their child in the name of doing what's…
I agree that he is very versatile. In his next drama, he plays a very brutal serial killer - who shows a very benign face to the public. I can't watch violence (the teaser is too much for me), so if I watch, it will be with a very heavy hand on the FF button.
What! Just noticed that….it used to say Naksu/Mu Duk!And having So Min in the guest role was a good indication…
MDL relies on official press releases/statements as well as some "witness" accounts or IG posts that might confirm appearances. TvN issued a very firm statement that Jung So Min will not appear in "Part 2". I also don't know how they will handle flashbacks without showing JSM/Mu-deok
If a decision has been made that this is a "continuation", (Netflix now states it is a 30 episode series) then that may mean that the intro, closing credits, etc. will not change dramatically.
In the end, it will be TvN and Studio Dragon that determine how 'Part 2" will be promoted in Korea and Netflix may decide that it is better for their streaming platform to treat it as one continuous story.
I gotta say I think the show is back on track despite tropey elements like the birth reveal and the chaebol bullshit.…
Thanks for your comment. 💕 I am usually able to watch the minute it drops on viki, but not today. Your post is a ray of sunshine. I'm hoping to watch 13-14 tomorrow. 😊
Well, yes - a handful of k-dramas are available in the Americas and Europe. Same for Disney+ - only a handful available. Fortunately, I'm able to afford Viki so I'm able to watch my newest favorite: "Love in Contract". I'll give "Curtain Call" a quick try - the trailer looks promising. 😊
I have such a love/hate relationship with this drama. Like every character outside the leads and Gwangnam (+ jiho's…
I pretty much agree. I love the couple, enjoy the office crew humor and interaction. I do have some feeling that we're going to get a childhood connection (her parents and his dad both died in bad weather???) . And, I am in a love-to-hate relationship with b**ch ex-wife [and hopefully we never learn what HER back-story might be in order to redeem her character]. She and the older brother would seem to suit each other.😊
by the look in the comments it was a good idea ro watch love is for suckers instead of this
Interesting. I've been re-watching Love In Contract because I kept falling asleep trying to watch "Love is for Suckers". Different plots appeal to different viewers. 😊😊😊
I've been wondering if Madam Yoo was the mistress of Jung Gil-Tae (head of Eena Group) - which might mean that he could be Jaime's biological father as well. Also confused by the Viki translation where Ji-ho said that three things happened all on one day: adoption of Jaime, Jaime disappeared and money was paid TO Eena group. That really doesn't make any sense - why would money be transferred TO Eena group at that point???
I love this show. I love the character of Ji-ho - intelligent, thoughtful, supportive. I love the way he has faith in Sang Eun. I love the character of Sang Eun primarily because the writers are showing her grow and evolve as a person who is finally willing to accept help from someone else.
I love the fact that the villain (ex-wife) is rotten enough that karma will eventually bite her in the a** because there is no way the brilliant Ji-ho is going to let that B**ch win.
And most of all, I love the fact that this lovely couple has traversed through ever-changing s**t-storms and they haven't broken up. She hasn't flown to Canada. It's Ep. 12 (75% of episodes) and they are still together.
don't see anything redeemable about MiHo. she's the manipulative one. I even imagine a possibility that conglomerate…
I think ex-wife Bitch is the real villain. MiHo understands/is a product of her world. Very different values from the world of commoners. She thinks she is helping Sang Eun. She is wrong, but she is thinking that she is helping San Eun "reach her "value/potential". She will be "redeemed" Not sure how, but it's my prediction.
Meanwhile, ex-wife is just plain evil/manipulative, gold-digger, awful, awful person. Can't wait for karma to his her in her pathetic face.
In the comments, someone wrote out a summary (English) and it looks like -Gwang Nam redeems himself for interrupting…
I think GN and Ji-ho will now team up to protect/support/love - LOVE!! 💕- Sang Eun. I have never doubted what the end game might be - only question is whether the writers do the unimaginative, k-drama "break-up" (i.e. flight to Canada) or if our couple will stay strong ("fighting!") through this s**t. I know Ji-ho will fight - hope Sang Eun trusts him.

In the opening, GN said he hasn’t done anything wrong but why does he feel tensed, then he goes on to ask Jiho if he knew him. Jiho says yes, and he knows he’s SE house mate. GN goes on to say he was once SE’s client. He said he had a feeling Jiho wouldn’t know and he said he was correct that Jiho didn’t know he was once a client. GN goes on to compliment SE work ethics for taking other’s privacy seriously. GN further asked Jiho how he could not misunderstand their relationship, Jiho says SE says he didn’t have any reason to misunderstand. GN agree and says he isn’t interested in women. GN goes on to ask if he knew anything about SE’s life, Jiho tells him what he learnt about SE in episode 11 (what she told him about herself). He mentions the nanny that adopted her (Miho). Jiho asked if there’s more he needs to know, GN starts ranting about how Miho keeps bothering and trying to ruin SE’s life. GN also talked about how he noticed Jiho’s feelings a long time ago (during their divorce process), then he goes on to talk about how much he owes her and how she paid for everything during their wedding, and how she’s so considerate of other but not herself. He also mentions how SE really likes Jiho and he hopes Jiho will be the first man to save (give her happiness) SE.
The preview scene for episode 12 is out and it's Gwang Nam and JiHo talking to each other. Yay.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L3KBnU9EQ4E

Haven't seen it yet since I'm away from home all day and Viki superslow today, but gleaning from the comments…
I enjoyed the show - but then, I think all will be well in the end so I figure I'm along for the ride, including the villains. Viki is usually much earlier release on Thursday mornings. Crossing fingers.
Lol have you forgotten the first part of the drama where they showed how weird and quiet he was? There’s not…
She's mentioned that being in his apartment was peaceful and that sometimes she wished she could just "hang out" there. My impression is that it was a sanctuary for her although she never really admitted it or recognized it until recently.
I don't know but all this would not have happened if the ex wife had not decided to bribe the stalker's sister.…
When she first appeared on the show, I called her a gold-digging,, status-seeking B**ch. Several people disagreed or felt sorry for her. In the end, she is the real "villain" - and I still think she will end up as Kang Seon Jin's (older brother) mistress.
This is funny pre-release of Ep. 11 via twitter account w/some English translations (read all of her comments). I can't wait to watch tomorrow's episode. Unfortunately, Viki will probably release just as I am about to out the door for appointment. 😢😢
