You are watching the same show that I am π But you have more courage than I do in speaking plainly. Unless JSM decided On Her Own that she didn't want to return, she will be back. I do believe GYJ will be on the show - playing Cho Yeong - the girl Seo Yul first fell in love with when he broke his ankle. So, that's why I think the frozen body might be useful. π
One slightly complain is that i want see more Jang Kang. But it's ok. The Gwanju is coming.
In the preview, he's walking up the steps of the Training Center while Shaman Choi is doing the soul shift. At this point, I'm getting really, really bad vibes about who Jin Bu-yeon's father is. πππ
Jin Mu practices sorcery - creating a fake body would be easy. I'm just pointing out that in the very first episodes, they made a special point about her body being frozen and Jin Mu wanted a big public burning.
can someone please explain to me about this whole shifting soul plan Naksu had plan in mind like how exactly itβs…
I think the episode was intended to make "Naksu" finally figure out what she wants in life, but I found it contrived and I always hate it when good guys are killed just to make a point.
Nevertheless, it is Jin Bu-yeon who created the ice barrier and she's trying to get "Naksu" to learn about the REAL power of the ice stone. She's testing her - just like Master Lee is testing Jang Uk.
Now we can get back to the real story -Jang Uk's destiny to "deal with the chaos created by the ice stone" .
I don't know if JSM will be a cameo (JBY looking down from the skies - ugh), the female lead or a few "special guest appearances" (that's a phrase used in Hollywood - doesn't seem to be standard in Korea). But I think she will appear in Season 2.
"Naksu"/Cho-Yeong's body was frozen when Gil-ju stole it from Songrim. If I was writing a way for her to return, that's the body I would use.
Two more episodes... βοΈWhat's Your guess on the ending.....?
For weeks, I have thought the following - and even if I am totally wrong, it's fun to speculate.
Jin Mu figures out Bu-yeon is alive. Frozen Body Lots of Abra Kadabra soul shifting - some intentional, some not Two Cliffhangers: (1)Is Bu-yeon dead or not (and THAT is the spoiler that will be given away if they announce if JSM is returning or not)? (2) Where is Naksu's soul?
I'm still baffled how everyone were so nonchalant about killing Mu-Deok for the sake of an experiment. They really…
In a recent Jung So Min vlog, she said that SHE (the actress) had never had a scene in the Royal Palace because her character was a low status (or something like that). Very interesting since it showed that the writers are actually thinking through some of these issues and plotting out the scenes accordingly.
Y'all really need to learn how to use the spoiler function. It's literally just one little box to click before…
On the day of a specific episode, most folks try to use spoiler tag. But going back to Episode 1? Or Episode 5? Sorry - but this forum is not meant for folks just beginning to watch the show. Try to look at the "Reviews" (which tend to br soiler free) if you want generalities.
I think Mama Jin is smarter than she appears - she KNOWS that something is amiss with So-i and Jin Mu. -She intends…
I have read that suffocation (drowning, etc.) is one of least painful ways to die. It's less "painful" than bodily injury - sword, blood worm, etc - , I guess. I don't want to think about it because I think Mama Jin planned to bring her back to life with the ice stone. The flashback appeared to be Bu-yeon's - which is why she "woke up" and called up to her mother. I have been Team Jin Bu-yeon from Week One and that was truly one of the most painful/heart-breaking scenes thus far on AoS.
I want to know how Naksu's sword suddenly fell into her hands since the last time we saw it, it was at the Jang…
I may be VERY WRONG on this. But after re-watching many scenes with various swords, I believe that male mages get their energy from water, earth and atmosphere - and their mage level (Jitsu, Ryusu and Chisu) are based upon their ability to control that energy - and they send that energy INTO their swords. I look at the CGI and this is what I see.
Cho-yeon said that Jin women power is more "divine" than "spell" oriented. "Naksu" (who I believe to be a Jin) has said many times that she receives energy FROM her sword. Her sword is enchanted - the minute she (OR Jin Bu-yeon!) unsheathes her "enchanted' sword - the energy flows TO her and that's what enables her to perform mage level spells. Compare the CGI - it's all there.
That's how I have seen it for several weeks. But Maybe I Am Very Wrong.
About Naksu's power back in the preview, why am I thinking it is only for temporary and they might make us π€‘π€‘Hope…
I want to know how Naksu's sword suddenly fell into her hands since the last time we saw it, it was at the Jang household.
Her sword is enchanted - and she gets her powers from the sword - unlike everyday, common mages. That's my theory and I am sticking to it until proven otherwise.

And I'm glad she told "Naksu" that Naksu is essentially a parasite that JBY has been graciously keeping alive for months. ππ
