Why can't Xianxia dramas be always this humorous? I'd be watching more if that was the case.

This bright pale filter is not doing it for me. I wished they went towards a different creative direction. However, the CGI is decent imo.

This is straight-out just comedy. I seriously cannot stop laughing. I like how Xuan Shang does not fit the typical xianxia hero. He's not the mentor-type who only cares about his female disciple; nor is he the brooding, responsible overseer who only cares about ensuring the safety of the whole kingdom. He's just a socially awkward immortal who's trying his best to fit in. And I respect that.

I also like Ye Tan's character. Her antics might come across as childish but it's tolerable. I understand where she's coming from.

This was way more fun that I expected it to be.

Honestly, this was one of those rare dramas where they change the leads and managed to still make it work.

The chemistry between Lee Jae Wook and Go Yoon Jung was amazing and possibly the highlight for this second season.

Jang Uk and Naksu literally said let's make out first than ensure Jin Mu is dead. Honestly, this whole situation is so dumb. I'm so tired already.

I wouldn't be surprised if this drama brings good tourism to Yun Miao.
