This bright pale filter is not doing it for me. I wished they went towards a different creative direction. However, the CGI is decent imo.
This is straight-out just comedy. I seriously cannot stop laughing. I like how Xuan Shang does not fit the typical xianxia hero. He's not the mentor-type who only cares about his female disciple; nor is he the brooding, responsible overseer who only cares about ensuring the safety of the whole kingdom. He's just a socially awkward immortal who's trying his best to fit in. And I respect that.
I also like Ye Tan's character. Her antics might come across as childish but it's tolerable. I understand where she's coming from.

This was way more fun that I expected it to be.
The chemistry between Lee Jae Wook and Go Yoon Jung was amazing and possibly the highlight for this second season.
I, myself, want to visit this place.
I feel like the writers are going to prolong this until the last episode.
