You'd think after living through the lives of Ming Ye and Sang Jiu and retaining those memories, they'd know better and try to communicate with each other. But no, they literally succumbed to the same fate because they won't tell each other anything.
I hate Cdrama endings where the leads get together in the last minute of the show after one of them sacrificed their lives to save the world, but I would gladly have taken that kind of ending for this drama.
I am still YET to FIND a xianxia drama that has a satisfying ending.
Overall, I enjoyed the drama for most of its parts. The comedic aspect was definitely the highlight. It always feel unreal to me when I finish a drama which I've been following since their pre-production stage. The Starry Love was definitely fun.
youku keep getting hits drama, like the blood of youth and now this drama. they sure have a good eyes for dramas.
I'm so surprised that they're appealing to international audiences. I'm waiting for a lot of their dramas to be aired. I'm not sure how they're faring in China though. The Youku App still sucks though but I'll take what I can.
Everybody has been saying this for weeks now, but the fathers here are really awful.
The mortal emperor sort of has an "excuse". He's been advised to become a distant father (not valid) but whatever The Void Emperor can't make firm decisions and instigated his sons to fight one another to see who is best fitted to rule their kingdom. (I think to a certain degree, at least he cares about his kingdom) The Heavenly emperor is imo the worst because he's not even doing all these for the greater good. He's just doing all these for his own personal motivations.
When his mortal body die, did he immediately become the Devil God? Was it explained or hinted in the novel?
Is there a preview for ep 28-29 with English Subs?
Actually, I'm annoyed with almost everyone here. Even the main characters are annoying. I'm just watching this to see how this goes really.
What kind of parents arrange a marriage in behalf of their son without telling him to pay off their debt??? This is so disrespectful.

I really want to know how this ends.
