I feel like the reason why DFQC's father removed his 7 feelings was because he needed to use him as a weapon against the fairies. Only by letting DFQC master hellfire can his kind have a fighting chance. That's probably why he asked DFQC to kill him publicly to ensure all his love is gone considering DFQC probably love his father the most
With CSS's attitude, she would definitely not fit in with the royals. But for her own mother to say those things in public was just the worst. I don't care for her reasons. Many people were already looking down on CSS, but to have her own mother publicly admit those things will just make things worse for her. She's going to be a laughing stock. Her previous engagement was just cancelled, and now her mother just called her worthless in front of most important people in the kingdom. No one is going to take CSS seriously now.
If she wanted to prevent the engagement from happening, she should have thought of other means. She shouldn't have thrown her own daughter under the bus. This isn't tough love, this is straight out bullying.
I think I somewhat understand the message the writer wants to convey in this drama. Sometimes our actions can unknowingly have an indirect effect on another person. You can see that as how the people in that neighborhood indirectly had a hand on killing that girl by doing nothing.
I just don't get some motivations especially with the police guy burying the body of the accomplice. ??????? He's a policeman he should know the law. I know the law isn't perfect but there is no way it wouldn't be seen as self defense when the accomplice had a weapon drawn out. Why would he bury the body and risk incriminating himself? He's a cop he should know this the best. That was some lazy writing. Also, the old man leaving Eun Gye Young after she asked for help in that dark alley because he was tired??? That's a child sir. You could have just left her in the police station. Again, some lazy writing.
I find it funny sometimes how Ling Bu Yi behaves around Shao Shang.
He literally stayed over the night when he heard Shao Shang was staying there for a while. And when he found out that Shao Shang bandaged one of his soldiers, he also wanted to get bandaged by her.
What kind of behavior is this Ling Bu Yi? I guess he just wants to be in close proximity with her to the point that he breaks his own rules. Lmao.
But not so surprised either considering this is from the same writer who wrote Vagabond. The ending there wasn't the best either.
Soldier: No.
LBY: *okay let me show it to you then. Kisses Shao Shang in front of them.
What kind of shameless behavior is this and why am I obsessed with it? Lmao.
Anddd how many lives/arcs are we seeing here? Heavenly, demon, and mortal?
