my only complaint about this show is the filter/setting. Something about it feels very bleak and depressing. This…
If you want to see a really bleak filter, watch the c-drama , Snow Lover. They used horrible yellowy-brown tones and kept every scene dimly lit, and it actually started depressing me. In comparison, this is bright and cheery!
Chemistry is great. Not really any romantic scenes yet. It wouldn't make sense at this point in the plot. There is a kiss at the end of episode 8, but it's a fake, for show.
She definitely consented to the second one π€£, waiting to receive that kiss of his
It didn't seem as simple as "my ex is looking at me". He seems genuinely utterly terrified of that woman. I hope we find out soon exactly what she did, because he quakes with fear every time he sees her. He wasn't being the usual over-possessive CEO on those stairs; he was basically using Sina to hide behind.
The way this drama occupies my thoughts and this is probably my 8th comment since ep 9 lol.I think letting her…
I actually think revealing the misdiagnosis and the amnesia so close together was a good move. Sina was in such a confused and unstable state after the misdiagnosis news that suddenly finding out that NGJ was fully aware of everything she'd done completely unbalanced her.
I also think that having the whole dynamic shift at the half-way point of the drama was quite clever. It may seem that we've shifted towards a slightly more traditional genre, but actually it's far more interesting than the usual plot. They're not the one-dimensional "cold CEO" and "timid secretary" that we often see. They're far more complex and in a much more twisted situation than the usual contract relationship.
The yellow notebook guys anyone remembers why its so important that the camera will zoom in to it.
As others have said, it is almost certainly where she has written about her "cancer" and her despair about it or plans for her remaining months. For maximum confusion, Go Jin obviously needs to find that out at some point without discovering that it's a misdiagnosis. If he found out from Sina herself, she would mention that it was misdiagnosed. The only other person who knows (as far as I can remember) is her friend in the countryside. This would be the easiest way for him to find out.
yeah it's such a unique concept on how they used vegetables to describe the character in the drama, Noh Goh Jin…
Or... Some people have lots of layers, like onions, such as Mr. Noh with his seemingly harsh and emotionless exterior, but if you peel it away there is the small child with his granny, and the person who licks the yogurt lid while watching TV. Other people are like potatoes, like Lee Sina, who is down to earth and seems bland, but can actually become many different things when heat and pressure are applied in different ways (potato becomes mash, chips, crisps... /Sina becomes brave, crazy, sad).
All these lit candles in this show are giving me anxiety lol
Every time! I keep muttering to myself that it would have taken hours to place and light all of them, and that it's incredibly dangerous! The part with them all along the hallways and stairs actually scared me.

Ah, vegetable analogies are such fun!
