Person Wallace Huo
The impact fiction can have on your mind is amazing. Saw him in Journey of flower, and since I didn't like his character, I didn't think much of him. Now in LMIYD, I'm mesmerized by his looks and his acting...lol I feel so shallow...
On Love Me If You Dare Dec 4, 2015
I'm happy they didn't show and detail what he does to the victims, it's gore shit, we just briefly see the result which is already messed up enough. I love this drama. :)

Loool I dropped so many shows, the list is too long. It's usually because of at least one of these:
_ lead (female or male) waaaay too spoiled, wicked and selfish, I can't stand wicked people having a happily ever after lol I feel there should be a limit to how cruelly you can treat a person and get away with it.
_Characters being too irrational too often: you should not insult viewers intelligence
_doormat type-love obsessed female lead: a woman's life doesn't evolve only around a man... NO being weak and unable to do shit for yourself IS NOT attractive!...damn these male chauvinistic clichés!
_ female lead reminds me of Gum Jan Di (loool sorry but she's my all time trauma! I started BOF hating Gu Jun Pyo, she managed to have me hate her more!!!! ): always screaming, acting stupid, an irrelevant noble idiocy
_ too much makjang or drama clichés: amnesia, noble idiocy, fatal illness, marrying the antagonist etc.
_ and last but not least, a plot doing a 180...you don't even understand what's going on and feel as if the writing team was replaced lol

I have withdrawal syndrome even after 2 weeks. I can just say this is the best of the "bestest" in 2015 historical genre all countries included!!!
I can't get over losing Lin Shu Gege :(

Is this as interesting at episode 20, 30, 40 and 50 as it is on episode 1? I'm seriously considering watching…
It's more interesting at 20 than at the first. More at 30 than at 20, more at 40 than at 30 and you just can't wait to see what happens at 50. LOL
Honestly this is the best historical drama of 2015 I think.

Disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was like a story of complicated love relationships among a group of spoiled teenagers with a fantasy background. looool
The only interesting character was Chu Li Mo. Half of the females acted like having feelings entitled to a guy's love and acted down right crazy. Half the guys were either forcing themselves on the girl, either stubbornly clinging. loool But the most hilarious part is the investigation/detective background completely vanished to be replaced by some kind of fantasy adventure with tragic love lines...WTF?

This series is very unequal having some good episodes and some really bad. I thought it was a detective series…
Agree about female characters. The whole series evolved around females and their love obsessions, disappointing. I thought it would be more about investigation. Also I really found the romance between YiYi and TieShou useless.
And OMG the CGI was so bad I couldn't take this seriously looooooooooool

Each brother with a love interest ends up in a triangle! Come on now, that obsession with love triangle is ridiculous. 4 brothers, 4 love triangles, 12 people! LOL What a mess!

Yes they ruined it. T-drama signature: great start, draggy middle, messed up ending. Usually half-way goes downhill, change in character, regression, craziness, nonsensical decisions and all...here starts in the last third. Watch about 2/3 of the drama, the rest is a let down. :(
On Nirvana in Fire Nov 2, 2015
DAEBAK! His revenge is daebak. It wipes out every snake and makes evil and greedy destroy themselves all by themselves. :)
Su Zhe is an amazing character, very touching but his whole story, all he suffered and did, it's all so heartbreaking.

Is there actually horror in this drama because I really don't like to watch horror movies or dramas and this drama…
I'm sorry I can't answer to all because it's too much info to write and summarize.
Basically there's smth only Simon does when he kisses her, so he does it to let her know he's Simon, not Allen the killer. Jabber tortures Jenny, it's described in 3 whole chapters of the book...too long. How Simon saves her is too long to write also, it involves many other characters including the FBI team, many scenes, it's 5 chapters to understand what he did. It's best to watch the drama, I wouldn't know how to summarize this.

@Lulu
There's no complete translation in english. Here's a link with links to translations and original: http://www.books.shushengbar.com/?p=4475

I don't want to spoil it too much for you...

The bigger case is the last one: catching Jabber (Xie Han) the guy obsessed with Simon (Bo Jin Yan). He's a cannibal sociopath. He takes pleasure in torturing his victims especially cuting their flesh alive or skinning or whipping them so you can imaging..a lot of blood and flesh and screams and all...and sometimes he eats pieces...ewww....
I wonder if the drama will show scenes of him doing it, it's really horrific I find.

As for the trailer...it's a bit complicated. Jabber wants Simon to be his partner, he believes a part of Simon is also a sociopath. Theoretically Simon suffers from multiple personality disorder, the serial killer in him is supposed to be called Allen. Crazy Jabber just longs for Allen, he kidnaps Jenny because she's his weakness. Simon will give him Allen to save Jenny. The kiss since rough and merciless shows Jabber he's really not Simon, but at the same time gives Jenny a secret information. (They once had a conversation on how a kiss can reveal a person). Jabber wants Simon to kill Jenny to prove he's indeed Allen, that's why you see him killing her. Of course our Simon is a cocky genius, he can't be manipulated by Jabber so there is more to come. I will let you savor what really happened by watching the show, since it adds to how awesome Bo Jin Yan is. Ah ah ah!
Do not forget this is not labelled as a tragedy so it IS a happy ending. :)

Yes there is. I'm reading the book and if the drama continues to follow it, the last and bigger case is truly horrific, gore. I think you might not like these scenes but they're more near the end and could just be skipped.

I liked Nang'ek's strength, looooved the old maid and the lawyer...ah ah ah so funny! It's one of the few lakorns…
Watching it again and just realize that I didn't notice how the guy is really useless. A real spoiled immature brat marrying and good mature woman...talking about a mismatch...His mom really did choose a gem for him. He's so stupid and useless in his job. smh

Finished! :) I think after getting used to watch lakorns and how the stories always proceed (especially in how…
It's because Thai society has a polygamist heritage. Some decades ago, they wouldn't even use the word cheat but rather second wife, mistress etc. To them a wife cheating is the most disgusting sin, a man cheating is something normal. I know it sounds crazy but I've come to realize in order to enjoy a lakorn, you need to check your brain and dignity at the door..
