FL and ML knew that MLs uncle (dong大人) gave the poisoned candy to the child. FLs younger brother recognized him when ML was talking to his uncle outside of the carriage. (It is in the beginning of an episode, 9,10 or 11. Can't check rn)

The good, upright official of the imperial storehouse Dong FangLi POISONS FLs baby brother and MLs doctor buddy saves the boy. Everyone afterwards still keeps talking about what a cool guy Dong is but I am like... did everyone forget he gave laces sweets to a little boy? What is that all about? Anyone knows why they all collectively decided to forget about the matter? (I know that the sweets are none lethal to adults) Thanks in advance<3

The arc concluded now in EP13. I already have it half done but todays EPs added a bunch of new ppl! I want to have it done before the next Eps come out tho! I hope I can make it omg

I keep making notes during ever EP bc I can't remember that many names! I screenshot whenever there is a new character introduced. In the first 5min of Ep 13 already 3 new ppl and in EP14 also new ppl AND in 14 I had to find out that the doctor from EP 9 (or so) is relevant after all! So I had to go back screenshot that dude, too. (He was the doctor that said FL can only get girls to break off the engagement. Turns out, MLs doctor friend also knows the guy! omg....)

Same, that is why I am as bold to rather want a terrible ending than have him marry that annoying brat!
(but best outcome would ofcourse be they can stop that dream from ever happening and the two of them live happily ever after!!! <333)

I just hope that the story arc with the spoiled princess as the main wife is as short as possible. I can't take it!!! I would even exchange a happy ending to a bad one just to not get that arc! Just skip it! Have ML FL marry live happy and then DIE. That would make a better story to me (sorri)

To me he is just super depressed and on top of that he is getting evil, too. So much resentment and shit building up. Not really a SML quality to develop haha

To me he also has no SML vibes at all. He is just the rival for our ML and thus has a lot of screentime, I guess lol

You're right about that. I was thinking a lot on why I just can't make out this character. Is he now cultured and defined, knows all the cool peotry stuff? But then why does he sit like a General? (observe him setting with FL watching that play on the street)
He also has such low energy, feels quite depressed to me, on top of that he seems like he is not very empathic either...

To me it feels like his anger is more directed toward his own brother for covering for his son. Also there seems to be a lot of hate for the time in which his brother didn't help out his mother and she ended up dying (no less by his own son... pretty mehhh)

Idk I dont mind Liu RuYi, I just wonder over her motivations and it truely feels like she is losing control over her whole operation. She is always shown alone, so it feels like it is a solo thing but apparently she has a token that can 'command' the whole spy net/Ruyi Pav? I am O. O ?? Where are the other 'employees' lol

I am kind of dreading seeing Prince An 'darken'. He already feels like a 'bad' character doing bad things...

I am so upsetti about Qing Ping pushing the stupid spoiled princess onto us!!! If she didn't make that stupid recommondation we wouldn't need to see her! She is harming US, the viewers, more than the ML hahah RIP

What are you missing in him? Does he just not strike you as a capable guy or is revenge on his brother (and son) for killing his mom (while disreguarding human life) too little to go by?
Everyone else doing evil stuff seem mostly just motivated by money. Not really a great motive either.

I am getting irrationally enraged by the spoiled princess. I like how Wu Baiqi reacts when interacting with her, I wouldn't be able to keep it together like them. I would lose my freaking mind being with her in one room!
(vote for a ban on 'spoiled princess' characters in dramas. I can't take it anymore!!! Cut them out post production, I can't care! X.X)
