This is a spoiler from the book, right? So it doesn't necessarily happen in the drama as they have changed many other things too.

Thanks, I forgot. First I assumed it was because Tang Zhou looked different as a reincarnation, but when the lamp recognized him I realized it can't be that.

You might like this one, but your other options also sound good for an epic and angsty experience. Can I ask how many eps did you watch Eternal Love before giving it up? Because the first third or even the first half is a bit meh, but after that it's super, super good, maybe the best there is. I have rewatched the latter half so many times I've lost count, but the whole drama only once.

I have watched it on Viki, but it's like ten eps behind... I guess I'll just wait. This is why I usually don't start dramas before they have fully aired, I'm too impatient to wait for the next ep :D

I agree, he looks better without the bangs, but it's not so much about looking good or bad but just not looking like the character :/ For some another role I think his looks would be fine. For Yu Mo I would like to see someone younger with round face and big eyes or something like that.
