Thank you everyone! It might be that this is not my type of drama, but some of my favorite xianxia have had boring subplots and then after that become great and I would have missed a lot had I dropped, so I want to make sure I'm not missing something like that.

Seriously thinking about dropping this. The beginning was good, but now I'm in ep 13 (fire-caveman) and everything has been stupid and boring for a while. Did anyone else feel like this at this point and does it get better? Also ML's voice does not fit him at all and it keeps bothering me.

SPOILER don't read if you don't want to be spoiled, but the lovely elder brother is luckily not evil. It was a joy to see, wish they would have had more scenes with him.

Well wasn't this almost the best thing ever! Every minute well used. I gave it 9,5 just because I need make sure it makes me come back for several rewatches before I give 10 to something.

I have watched telenovelas, so I know some dramas are not meant to be questioned, only enjoyed. Like this one. I had a fun couple of hour watching this, all eps in one sitting.

Yes the Asian fan culture seems crazy. I wonder if those fans watch these series and realize they are the bad guys.

The synopsis sounds very much like kdrama Crazy Love. Is it the same story or just happens to be similar?

Her character is a nice and supportive friend, but very basic and does not do much interesting things. I recommend you watch this anyway, I just finished it in two days :)

There's no need to get agitated. As most of the people in the comment sections use spoiler tags in consideration for others, I assumed you had just forgotten to put it or did not know how to use it. It's best from around ep 29 onwards. Fast forward until then if you want to give it another try :)

You dropped too soon. Most of my rewatches I start from about ep 29, because that's when the true story begins. Of course if you watch for CGI it does not get better, but if you watch for the story, feelings, characters etc. I truly recommend you fast forward until then to get the main points and then give it another try.

It was okay, not the best but worth watching once if you like the genre. It's a melodrama, so lots of misfortune, especially for the FL. I remember only the third couple having funny/light scenes. You can watch in on YouTube.

Hi, I did actually! It's was the third couple from Loving, never forgetting. The short haired girl was actually in love with SML, not ML, that's why it took me so long to find.

It was frustrating the first time watching, and yet I find myself coming back to this drama again and again. Usually I'm not that into family melodrama but there was something very touching and captivating in this one.
