How long does the college story last?

So the brother kept saying he has a girlfriend, who was never shown. In one scene he knew a lot about hospitals where to give birth etc., it seemed like they were hinting his mystery girlfriend might be pregnant. But then - nothing. I recently learned (here) that a lot of stuff was cut because of censorship, which explains why some storylines fell short. Was this also one of them and can someone tell me how it was supposed to go down?

Someone who has read the novel or anyone who knows: was a storyline about the brother cut for censorship reasons? More details in the comment under spoiler tag.

Oh I did not know, that's probably what messed up the storyline! Do you know what censorship rules did they go against to have so much cut away?

Thanks for the answer! It sounds like it makes sense in the novel. But when I watched just the drama it felt like he was firm and she was already giving up, and it wasn't even that bad what she said to SZ - basic dramaland love rival stuff, and him stating his bottom line didn't seem like much of a difference. So either it was the adaptation or the deleted scenes, as the other commenter said.

Did anyone else feel like the "villain FL" story fell short? I thought it was weird that she just randomly stopped after being a crazy stalker for years, and that there were many hints to that there would have been more about their past, but those things just were never revealed

Tags say youth. You who have watched this, do you think this is intended for teenage audience or for older people? I'm interested seeing the high rating, but I don't usually like popular youth dramas like A Love So Beautiful or Put Your Head On My Shoulder.

Do you mean English subs or some other language? I have watched with English subs and so fat I haven't noticed any mistakes, and my Chinese is okay.
