Wrong casting for the ML. He doesn't look like a psychopath, but instead a pookie dookie.
In a fictional story, kinda, but in the realistic sense, he actually fits the stereotype. Many serial killers look like your average nice neighbor, some are even good-looking and charismatic.

Title Shogun
Majority of users in this site are women looking for romance dramas which is not the target audience of this show.
But you cant say for sure when this barely have 2.5k viewers here which is low for a show on disney+, while on other sites, it's in the tens of thousands. Even the poorly rated ones, get at least 10k. Many of those who rated here probably just watched it on a whim because it was on disney+. And Im not being slippery like an eel, that's exactly what I meant in my first comment. That's why I said "users in this site". People get offended about everything nowadays smh.

Well the problem here is that you are getting the wrong message from my comment. I never said women are only interested in romance. What Im saying is that USERS OF THIS SITE; people who bothered making an account and are mostly women, are generally more interested in romance as a huge percentage of asian dramas are romance. There's a reason majority (but not all) of the most popular shows in this site are either romcoms, romance dramas or romance action. This show quitely obviously doesnt fit the usual themes and genres that users of this site are used to. But Im not saying women dont watch shows like Shogun. You are just jumping to conclusions.

Well first off, that's not an insult, why are you offended? Majority of asian dramas are romance. This site is for asian dramas. Of course the users of this site will most likely also be fans of romantic asian dramas. And according to statistics, 70-80% of people who watch asian dramas are female. That's not exactly rocket science.

Title Queen of Tears Spoiler
I'm starting to understand a little by little why their marriage took that turn which still doesn't make it right…
That's my main gripe in the show. While Im enjoying the drama overall, ML being happy his wife is dying was a bit too extreme. I think the writers could have toned it down a little by not making ML genuinely happy about his wife's condition.

At first I hesitated starting this, because some people were commenting that FL is weak. But I am pleasantly surprised…
Weak female leads tend to get hated nowadays. But what's funny about this series is that the writers are self-aware and just completely embraced the arrogant ML x weak FL trope. At least FL is getting some character development. Honestly, this is my guilty pleasure this season. Like it's cliché but Im enjoying it.

the murderer is eunsoo's husband why i suspect him to be i'hv already mentioned before 👍
Yeah, in "guess the culprit" type of shows, you always suspect the least expected. He was working when eunsoo was abducted because it was his accomplice who did it. Also, you should mark your comment as a spoiler.

I dont think there was any part in the story which implied ML accidentally killed someone. Maybe you're confusing…
Im not really sure which baby doll you are referring to. Would be helpful if you cite which ep was it so I can check. Because the only doll I remember in the show is the doll the serial killer has in his house and the main antagonist mentioning how ML's gf's desd body looks like a "marionette".

You started thinking that because Death hinted at ML that his death lead to hurting other people after he said he didnt hurt anyone by killing himself. Then they showed us a scene where a dead body is on the street (his gf). Maybe like the other commenter said, this was intentional to make the viewers thinking. Of course we find out later that the one he hurt is the who love him.
On Death's Game Part 2 Jan 5, 2024
The climax was in ep 6 then the last 2 episodes felt more like an epilogue. Honestly didnt expect that pacing. But overall, very enjoyable drama. I was unsure of this first because it's a bit unusual to have different actors play as the main protagonist, but after a few episodes, I was hooked. Lee Do Hyun's part was definitely my favorite. I could watch a whole series focusing only on him and Go Youn Jung's interactions.

I dont think there was any part in the story which implied ML accidentally killed someone. Maybe you're confusing the scene when they hinted the death of his gf where a policeman almost puked after seeing her mangled body with a woman's purse and ML's picture beside her.

As for the girl who killed the gangster guy, I dont think she was ever shown again. But she did get the money--the bounty the gang boss put on the 'gangster' ML.

Title Love Is Blind: Japan Spoiler
Midori is the kind of woman who plans everything ahead so the fact that the wedding was pretty sudden scared her a lot. But honestly, career women like her would probably end up marrying in their 40s or never get married at all because of their work, so she needed that strong push. Now they have a daughter together, she actually found love on a dating show XD. Wataru choosing her over Priya was probably the best decision he has ever made in his life. Him and Priya definitely wont last long.

I also found out Mori and Ayano are engaged. They dated after the show was filmed. Honestly thought they suit each other even during the pod session. Ayano is the classic people-pleaser who is non-confrontational, Mori is the same. Whether that's good or bad is up to the person, personally I think there is nothing wrong with it. They are the type of people who wants to avoid drama at all times so they would definitely get along with each other.

The other married couple( forgot their names) also seem to have a baby already. I saw a picture of Wataru holding his daughter and the other guy holding another baby.

Really surreal to see people finding their life partner in a reality show. Very different from american dating shows.

I believe it happend in real life in Korea, it is very devastating for sure. I mean if Choi Yi Jae is supposed…
I dont think it is particularly based off a real incident in Korea, because abusive parents killing their babies through suffocation is unfortunately a common thing in all countries.

the ending of episode four… i really didn’t see it coming, i thought it was someone who died when yeejae jumped…
It was hinted it was her in episode 1 or 2 because of ML's picture beside a woman's purse. I was kinda hoping the writers are just baiting us, but it turns out it is the case :(

don't worry, this wasn't a wuxia drama. At most it had hints of wuxia because of the internal energy, but I think…
Wuxia is a broad term. Because of the amount of novels and dramas being produced, the meaning have become very loose over the years. If the characters are martial artists in the martial world, it is considered wuxia.

In cdrama, I would consider this wuxia. Themes like reincarnation, cultivation, immortality etc. are more Xianxia which is also under the Wuxia category.

Title A Journey to Love Spoiler
Nooo! why was the ending open ended! I prefer a conclusive ending. Now I dont feel any closure.

Overall thoughts: LTG had the potential to be a great anti-hero character but his character development is like a yoyo. Im not a fan of Yu Shi San and Chu Yue's love line. I personally think they dont have chemistry. And the amount of eavesdropping in the show was too much. There should be other ways to move the plot without so much eavesdropping. That said, I still enjoyed most of the show. I rarely finish a Wuxia drama because most becomes draggy halfway, but this drama kept me watching until the end, although the final episodes was a little bit disappointing because it was rushed. Interpretation of the ending was left for the viewers but I cant help but believe ML died considering he was 360 stabbed T_T. It's like the last scene was in the afterlife. I need to watch a happy drama after this.
