Shi Yue is sweet and lovely but WHY do they have to give her that persistence love line? WHY in modern c-dramaland there’s always that girl who went all out to pursue the guy? I dont watch a lot of modern rom com but I already can name a few that has such story, You Are My Glory (the main CP), and Love Is Sweet (secondary couple). And probably more. What are they trying to show? girl power? feminism? Girl should go all out and chase that guy they like?
If I have daughters I am not going to let them

When she pursue him, she did for other purposes (to revenge on her ex and to get her interviews) and she is not really in love with him, yet. Yes, I do love that she is not overly obsessed with him. So actually she is slowly and gradually falling in love. And it's funny when shiyan is annoyed whenever she talks about work, when he is expecting her to flirt with him. XD

Shu Yi's pick up lines are tacky! OMG. I just can not. hahaha. If you can understand Chinese, her flirty message are really tacky and cheesy and very amateurish, you will know that she is NOT a pro-player (like her friend). She's hilarious!!
