Finished! I really enjoyed it a lot. It did drag a bit and had filler moments, but I loved it overall ^_^ It made feel lots of emotions. It made laugh, smile, cry, be in pain, be happy, angry, on edge, etc. I feel like I went on a journey with the characters. The story was a mix of hilarious and sad moments.
I got to learn a lot how webtoons are made. It really involves a lot of work, deadlines, and heartaches. But in the end, the results are worth it. Personally, I really love webtoons a lot. These last few years, I have been reading a lot, so it was interesting to see the behind the scenes of the webtoons :D
Now comparing it to the Japanese drama. Of course, the Japanese drama version is much better, and I loved it more. The work story dramas of the Japanese are better, straight to the point and get the message they want to give without the extra stuff. Plus, the focus was on manga.
However, I did love the Korean drama version. They covered the story in their own way, and they covered the same webtoon artists that we saw in the Japanese version that were important. I really loved that, and it made me remember what I loved in the Japanese version. It's thanks to this remake that I watched the Japanese drama first.
Thus, what I loved about the Korean version is that we got to see more of the characters and got to know them more. Plus, the side plot of the romance was much better here. Of course, romance was never the aim in the story of both drama versions, but the Koreans made it much better.
Btw, I loved the cast, characters, acting and the overall production. A very great drama! :D
Overall, I recommend both versions. I loved both and I mentioned their plus and minus points.
Anyway, I'm a person that watches or reads anything and everything if I can understand it (like it's subbed, dubbed or translated). I love watching Asian dramas, movies, American series or movies, European series or movies, cartoons, anime, read manga, books, webtoons, etc. As long as there is a great story out there, I'll watch or read xD
I loved this drama! It was a good adaptation from the webtoon. I really love both! :D
The story was interesting, exciting, intriguing, and good. I knew the base of the story since I read the webtoon, but the drama kept me on edge. Yes, the story was not perfect, and it did turn crazier at one point, especially when Yoo Ji Hyuk's ex fiancée appeared. But I really enjoyed the whole story for some reason lol. Plus, the ones who did bad got what they deserved.
I loved the time travelling and revenge plot the most. It was satisfying seeing the female lead, Kang Ji Won stand up for herself and doing what is right. Plus, with help from Yoo Ji Hyuk.
Moreover, I loved the cast and characters. The acting was superb, a very great job for all! The whole production overall was good as well :D
I recommend this drama, especially if you love revenge plot stories with lots of drama.
I loved the prequel! We finally got a full-length drama!
It was nice as always to see Kazama Kimichika teaching and in this case future detectives. As always, he is intelligent, observant, strict, intimidating, and scary. However, he really strives to help those under him and helps them achieve their best selves. Even though he always throws them the transfer paper and tells them to go back to the police box.
The cases were interesting and some of the cases I did guess with lots of hints and some I did not guess at all even with hints.
We also finally got to see what happened to Kazama Kimichika's eye and how he ended up at the police academy teaching future policemen and policewomen.
I really hoped Tono Akihiro lived. Realistically it made sense he struggled in hospital and died, especially since he was attacked in his neck. But this is drama land and I really wanted him to live. The moment they showed us people crying, I started crying too. Like I was prepared for it but at the same time not.
At the end of this drama, we see that Tono Akihiro's murderer is still roaming around free and hovering around Kazama Kimichika. I smell another drama. I will look forward to it. Apparently, the eyeleteer user wants to know about his sister or whatever he wants.
To conclude, I loved the cast, characters, the plot, the background, and the music was spot on and just right. Moreover, the acting was great and spectacular. I also loved how they tied the prequel drama to the previous Kyojo 1 and 2 short dramas. The production overall was good as well.
I definitely recommend watching all the Kyojo dramas franchise.
I loved it! It was so sweet and cute <3 It's a shame it was so short, like you want more. But I think it was just right and showed us what they wanted to tell us.
The story may be simple or ordinary, but the message here is to communicate and say your feelings if there is something you do not like, especially when you are in a relationship. It’s not easy to find someone you love. But it's harder to be in a relationship, both sides need to commit, communicate, and work together for it.
I think both Fumiya and Ritsu were at fault. Fumiya did not convey his feelings and did not say anything if something bothered him. And this is little things like Fumiya cooked food (that is already hard work) and he wanted to eat with Ritsu (of course food taste better with someone else), but Ritsu wanted to keep working.
On the other hand, Ritsu did not know that, either he never asked or maybe he took Fumiya for granted. So, these little things kept building up until it exploded. This may seem stupid, but these things can break up a relationship.
As a viewer, I understood that and keep hoping that they resolve their issues and get back together. They finally did after everything was revealed and they communicated their thoughts, insecurities, and feelings :D
I loved it! It was interesting and hilarious! :D It's the first time I have seen a time travel drama with historical and modern literally side by side and they could go past and present in a few seconds. It was original and interesting. Plus, the story made sense and worked well :D It's a shame it was short, and a bit rushed at times, but I loved it!
Even the ending was hilarious! I forgot that the King looked like the Wang Zheng in modern times, and he appeared to sue him for identity theft. It's a shame that it stopped there, it would be nice to see what happens next.
Anyway, I also loved the cast, characters, acting, costumes, and the overall production. Plus, I loved all the couples, they were all cute ^_^ The dog was so cute and fluffy as well <3
It was cute and nice to watch, but it was too rushed overall. Also, the ending time skipped to 3 years later suddenly.
Plus, there were lots of issues that weren't addressed properly (like homophobia), toxic moments and characters that weren't fully developed well or did not appear anymore.
I think it was overhyped as I kind of expected more of the story. It would have been nice if they included more music as well, but it was too short so they could not include much stuff.
Overall, it was not bad, I did like it. The couples were cute, and the acting was not bad.
Just watch it if you want something light and fast to watch.
Honestly, I really enjoyed it. I do not like zombies or creepy creatures, but I got curious about this one and decided to watch it.
I think this drama had a double meaning. Apart from the obvious creepy creatures with long tentacles or roots that came from a dark hole. I think dark holes also mean that humans deep down have their fears, their hate, their sins, their dark secrets, their pain, etc. And so that's how the creepy creature managed to take over their bodies, by taking advantage of that.
For the ending, it was not easy at all for the creature to be defeat. Han Dong Rim gave up her life and fought the creature from within, that's why they were able to defeat it. Maybe, we can say that the creepy creature barely had any screen time, and we did not see it much. And so, you say ‘That’s it after 12 episodes!’ In that case, I agree.
Also, a post-credit scene. I think it was meant to be continued. But, from the comments below, I think it was cancelled. Still, I do not think I would have watched a second season. As we already know what the creature is, so from my side I would not be that curious.
Anyway, a great job for the cast, great characters, great acting, loved the action and a great production.
Honestly, I really enjoyed it. It was not perfect and there were a bit excessive moments and expressions, but it was cute, adorable and funny <3
I usually do not like teacher and student relationships, straight or BL, but this one was nice, and the teacher did not feel like a teacher at all. Plus, to be fair, Sahara and Toki waited until Toki graduated before they started going out officially. So, I'll close one eye and say I liked it as it is.
Moreover, I liked that it also focused on friendships, school activities (the Snow White play was hilarious and cute), past hurts, and past loves. Also, I liked that they were there for each other and were supportive. It was nice and sweet to see ^_^
Anyway, it's a shame that it was so short, I wish we could see more, but I enjoyed this drama as it is :)
It's locked with a password, but you can put the password in and download it one at a time. It has all the 13 episodes with 2 parts. I hope this works and helps you to watch this lakorn :)
Finished both seasons 1 and 2 in one go! For some reason, I liked season 2 more. Yes, it was more frustrating, and we keep wondering why Han Ji Woo broke up with Kang Seo Joon in the first place or ghosted him in the first place.
Was Han Ji Woo lonely? Was he jealous that Kang Seo Joon was constantly surrounded by people, and he wasn't? Maybe he felt that their relationship made him get low self-esteem? Who knows.
Whatever. Thank God Han Ji Woo realized that he needs Kang Seo Joon and Kang Seo Joon did not do anything wrong. Yes, he is not perfect, no one is. But, from what we see in the drama, Kang Seo Joon really did his best. After all, his job is a lot of work, and you expect him to have his schedule all messed up. He tried his best and when he had even a little free time, he gave it to Han Ji Woo.
I feel like we cannot blame it all on Han Ji Woo though. After all, they both have different characters, different jobs, and different lifestyles, so it takes a lot of work and communication to balance each other out. That's what they lacked, good communication. And Han Ji Woo was wrong not to express it and ran away from it. While Kang Seo Joon was too busy, took him for granted and thought everything was all right. Maybe they were both in the wrong or sometimes situations lead you in that direction to break up. Or things keep piling up until something or someone explodes.
After the whole season 2, I think they finally kind of got to communicate, especially with Han Ji Woo finally expressing himself. The stories in seasons 1 and 2 were not perfect and had annoying and frustrating moments, but I enjoyed it overall. I do not know if this is called realistic or not, but real life is messy, so maybe this story is kind of is.
Overall, this drama had a good production, good acting, good cast and characters :D The story was not perfect, but it was good, and I enjoyed it ^_^ I also loved the chemistry and kiss scenes between the leads. They were adorable together <3 I think this drama is worth a watch and of course watch both seasons :)
I loved it! They were so cute, fluffy, and adorable! :3
I loved Ryuji reaction and words towards Amane's confession to him. He told him that he did not know. Then Ryuji genuinely was serious about it, he thought long and hard about it.
We got a happy ending :D But even if Ryuji did not feel more than friends towards Amane, I would have not mind it, as Ryuji took him seriously. But luckily, they ended up together, yay! ^_^
I really enjoyed this movie, it was quite good :) Although the story was fast paced and the production overall was not the highest quality, the story was straight to the point and told the important parts.
I really love Hua Mulan. She's one of my favourite characters, so I watch any adaption out there ^_^
Finally finished watching this drama after being on hold for 2 months. I couldn't seem to continue watching it and I finally did with lots of fast forwarding.
Overall, I did like it and it was entertaining, especially with comedy and hilarious moments. I laughed at those parts.
However, it should have been shorter and I'm not sure exactly what I did not like about it, but something feels clashing in the drama or in the plot. Maybe it was the extreme comedy which clashed with the drug and the mafia plot, which was serious. Or maybe it was too much having three women with super strength. I did like them; the plot was interesting. But I think they were over exaggerated by a lot.
I can't compare it to season 1 as it was totally different, but the fact that in season one there was only one super woman, the plot was not that exaggerated and the focus was romance and comedy, made the first season lovable.
The second season put 3 super women, aka 3 female leads, put romance, comedy and the police with the drug plot was too much. I'm a person who loves genres blended, but when it is done well. However, in this drama, I think it was not done well. It's my opinion and I may be wrong, but that's how I feel.
What I feel sad about the most is Ryu Shi Oh. Yes, he did a lot of bad things, he killed a lot of people with and without the drugs he created, he was crazy, and he did deserve to end up in jail.
But he did not deserve to die. He went through a lot and what happened to him in his childhood and kept on going to his adulthood, led him to take down that path. He did what he could to survive.
He deserved a chance, a chance to be loved, to be understood, to redeem himself, a chance to be helped, etc. I kind of realized what was going to happen or what he was going to do. Ok, I get that he went after her family, etc. But he needed the help the most. Anyway, I do not think I can ever get over this.
Anyway, I finally finished this drama. I do not know if there is a sequel, as in the end of the last episode they showed a man with super strength. Let's wait and see. If they decide to make the third one and the plot sounds interesting, maybe I'll watch it. Adieu.
