Yes, her finding out everything like this is very suspicious. I am glad the ML is letting her be and not adding to the manipulation. The way she washes her hands after being touched by XJS! That spoke a lot!

I am pretty sure that the doctor is a Jinxiu spy from XJS’ side . Also the FL may have been fed some wrong info? I don’t particularly trust all these people around her except the ML. XJS’ crew are definitely manipulating her
