Basically she formed one opinion of him as a rich brat who just had everything and was a player and then she stuck to it . Even when they were in the relationship she did not really make any effort to get to know him . Yes GY is trying very hard to defuse that situation between them but she does not let up. Yes I have been criticized for my opinion too here and other dramas

Same - he should stop being so desperate and focus on himself and his company and she needs to realize how important he is to her and put in some effort to be with him and show him that . But yes I also want GY to come out on top here

If you look at the present day scenario , it seems like yhe ML is torturing himself for the break up and he feels guilty about it . But there is no self reflection on the FL ‘s part she is still blaming the ML and she still does not know what happened . Isn’t that interesting.

I agree. Feng Sheng was just taking advantage of the situation and making it worse for them. But even with XCX. - it’s iffy as to what her intention was so this is what it boils down to- the bond between them was not very strong . And they both let others people to meddle as well.

The one thing people don’t get here is how unequal that relationship was . The FL actually waited till they broke up to get her butt there to see him. Before that she was just engrossed in her work. She made a half hearted offer to go visit his mother and when he declined she just moved on and started talking about herself . She was dealing with him as though he was some acquaintance. Who would want to open up to that? Did she even once ask herself as to why her BF has been avoiding her after sticking to her like that ? No not till the break up happened . That is why she was too self absorbed . Yes I would be pissed too if I found another woman half naked when I went there but everything was so out of character for her BF. Did she even stop to think why he was doing this when things were fine. But heaven forbid we find flaws in the FL . Just because she is the FL or she is a woman she does not get a free pass from her faults. That relationship was very one sided and held together by GY. That is why it disappears when he broke it off . That is the truth . She did absolutely nothing to nurture it

Yeah the people here who are blaming him for not getting in touch with her will now have a clear picture of the situation. Why would he go after a married woman?

They have unresolved issues and yes the main couple still has feelings for each other . The ML is more obvious about it while the FL is showing it through her grudging hate . And yes their honest confrontation and a good talk about what went wrong is needed to sort this out . I don’t want this ML to do far too much again for her. And she needs to consciously show that she cares but then right now she is hell bent on destroying everything that is his.

My apologies for the long rant . But yes I don’t blame him for not bothering to explain. What was the point? There was nothing he could offer her and he probably realized there was no point in staying with her because he had no bandwidth to be there for her constantly . This actually showed how imbalanced that relationship was . His fault was doing too much for that relationship .

I know that everyone here wants to portray the FL as this innocent gem of a person but she is not. She honestly was very self absorbed . She did not know him at all. She only talked about herself to him. The woman did not even bother to meet him as often as he did. She could have found out if she tried . She made only one effort to find out. The clues were all there before that but she was just working that’s all. Yes making her believe he was cheating was stupid. But I don’t really blame the ML for the break up. If there was hope he would have made an effort but piling on millions in debt on the FL who had her own financial issues is not prudent . And everyone here is trying to blame someone who pretty much hit rock bottom and was not even thinking straight. Just saying . When you are a couple you sense things that are wrong way before she did. She was so wrapped up in her stuff . And no she did not give him that confidence or security that she would be there for him if he told her. So he did not .The FL has her flaws here- she is not your perfect FL. She is cold, calculating and ambitious . It is not wrong to be that way. I admire women who have that quality. But she was too self absorbed. At that point that relationship was a one way street with GY making all the effort . That is why it shattered as soon as he quit. In DZT is mind GY was just a rich kid who had everything and was just playing around . If their bond were stronger or if she had made an effort to get to really know him - this would not have happened. From the beginning she always thought she is the only one with problems and it everything revolved around that .

Yes a long time ago women and men were equal. Something changed later.

They are both such good actors!

No one is a saint for sure and there are always people who will do what they do. But in general the world has not been fair to women for a long time and even in the present
