I did not realize that I had to read the novel to ‘understand’ this drama. Is that how you do everything ? So I am not allowed to have an opinion because I have not read the novel right?

It’s interesting that whenever we try to criticize something in the drama , it is supposed to be our lack of comprehension. Do we just have to lap up whatever they throw at us? Just shut up and put up? And make fake praises on this forum? This is just ridiculous. When did it become that you cannot have an opinion or disagree? If it is good I will say that it is. If it is bad I am not going to sit here and fake it. This drama is too slow paced and this is not romance. And yes I have not read the book but that does not mean I have to agree with everything in the book or the drama. Attacking people for a difference of opinion is just plain ridiculous. And I am seeing this more and more on this forum. Yes this drama is boring but I will still give it a shot and it’s none of your business .

Honestly, I find the lead couple to be very boring and this tiptoeing around each other that they are doing is annoying. In fact even the bromance between Benjamin and Saxin is more interesting than what is going on with the lead couple. Everyone else is interesting and have something going on except the lead couple. They are just BLAH. Yeah the guy who plays Benjamin had so much charisma and swagger LOL and his chemistry with Dr. Pei is something I am looking forward to.
