I also loved the way she backed him up over there . Yo Yan was just a young upstart who just thought everything was a competition. There was no business strategy or thinking big picture there. He was all about snatching everything from Shi Yan that’s it. And that is where Shi Yan’s maturity and intelligence shines. They could have dissected their characters a little better so people could differentiate

Well this is how I looked at the drama as well if you read my discussions. Flawed characters- especially the flawed FL character is what drives this drama. I enjoyed the fact that none of them were perfect . Everyone here seems to have this idealistic view of relationships where communication is great and the people are oh so wonderful while that is not even real life.

There are definitely way more problematic scripts than this for sure and this one got criticized way over the top for nothing . I can list a few dramas that are not even worth watching in the recent dramas list when compared to this one. And they are comparing this one to those crappy dramas
