Logically, you are right but it could be:

- The usual Asian family dynamic where "elder" are always right and need to be respected even if they are toxic waste.

- More darker but it could also be the result of psychological abuse. His father control everything in Saint life and he always lived this way. In abusive relationship - especially since childhood - it's extremely hard for them to just leave on their own.

But yeah, it's probably just the former as they love this troop for some reason where the child need to beg their parents to live their own life - something that is REALLY hard to relate with a Western PoV.

If you really want them to reach a more global audience, even a bromance cannot do that. If they really want to achieve that, they need to do solo work (by that I mean without their pair) because they will still be labeled as "BL actors" regardless if they do romance or not together.

But even then, unfortunately, the Thai movie/drama industry doesn't have that reach yet - like S. Korea or China does for example.

Like I don't mind you wanting them to switch up even if I really don't see that happening anytime soon as they are really rigid when it come to their top/bottom pairing dynamic. It only happen when they switch pairing. But in the end... does it really matter ?

Even the "Alpha Male" thing is so... disturbing. And just saying here, bottom =/= submissive, weaker, effeminate, etc. A man can be freaking manly, strong and chase his own man but still be a bottom.

And lastly, they don't play as "Pond" & "Phuwin". The vibe of the actor themselves doesn't matter. They are acting as "Thee" & "Peach" and only that should matter.

I think it's well balanced because while Thee is over-the-top - he is basically a Lakorn character in the flesh - his counterpart Peach is VERY down to earth. So the plot itself isn't all over the place or just a silly joke that never end. Try it and you will probably understand the vibe from episode 1.

I can see that happening but personally I experienced the total opposite - I already cringe myself saying that - as I also do have the face card since birth so it's probably harder for me to relate. ^^'

It was a really sweet episode but... I can't just forget that a car crash will happen in the future and Shulang basically removed his own seat belt... It will hit... HARD. :'(

I mean, the build up is clearly saying it's his very first time he show his vulnerability and trusted someone... Fan Xiao, don't hurt our baby. Y_Y

Ngl, I laughed so hard when Watarai did his whole "Oh, it's so hard to be this handsome & smart!" speech. :P

And come on, not a single guy in your ENTIRE life never said anything nice about your personality ? The writter did you dirty on this. :D

Anyway, this drama is really a soul cleanser as like Hioki, it's so pure in his delivery. We need more of those. <3

Goddess Bless You From Death. BL Thriller with a horror twist.

Ngl, I did find this a bit cruel to hide this from Than. I mean... Why Ms. Nit didn't just text him "Oh btw, it was staged! Your husband is still alive, he just need to rest a bit! xoxo" especially when it wasn't needed to kept him in the dark this long as he was on the hide himself (so no excuse to make him really sad for the bad guys to see).

It was probably just to kept the viewer wondering if Pheem was dead or alive but come on, we are not dumb: the missing body was all we need to know he was 100% alive.

First episode was pretty good but I'm a sucker for romance with child involved, so I'm probably biased ? Especially since it's extremely rare in BL for obvious reason. :P

Regardless, both child actors are very cute with solid acting and the leads definitely have great chemistry.

Can't believe that Pheem's body wasn't even cold that Than moved on with his new found love, Damgoeng! He even joked about spending Pheem's inheritance on him! I'm so pissed! è_é

Does anyone have any information of who made this ? If you said to me it's a self made project of both actors I would fully believe you - and somewhat relieved. I wouldn't encourage them to continue doing so, but I could understand. The script, directing & editing is just way too amateur to have been handled by professional, even student projects aren't THAT amateurish.

I mean... Who wrote the "sexy" tomato ketchup (Jam ?) heart on the neck scene ? My jaw was on the floor... :x

- We just know that he worked with Doha and fell for him during this time. No scene to elaborate why except "He was cute". Not that Coworker was much better but they did try at least.

- Doha ignore him most of the time. This show was supposed to make us wonder who Doha will choose but they didn't even try with him. He was out of the picture the moment he appeared.

- He confused me greatly as he was more often chasing Best Friend than Doha (but again, he was ignored so it didn't help). I was 100% sure he had a secret crush on him and the whole "I love Doha" thing was a scheme. It would have been more interesting tbh.

- He confessed and Doha didn't even bother to reject him (or worse, he was rejected by text) like he did with Coworker.

- And THEN, they throw at us the most random curve ball by hinting that something could happen between him and the other coach.

I mean... Why ? Was he just here to make Best Friend jealous & be beating up multiple time by him ? Coworker was already here!

Fine I guess. Watch it if you really have nothing left would be my advice. Doha as a character was a bit flat. His whole personality was being cute & clueless. Best friend raised some red flag but... I still found him endearing for some reason. Tbh, the competition wasn't really that great either. Coworker was flatter than Doha - an achievement by itself - and Cafe Guy literally have NO background story.

It made me wondering what was the purpose of this characters (more in the spoiler).

They do have those sometime. The one I remember the most is "Moonlight Chicken" who is also not your typical GMMTV story or production. Check it out if you are interested!

Personally, since his "orange allergy" stunt I knew he was the usual b*tchy character. I didn't right away suspected him to be the one responsible of the car accident but it click quite quickly as he was the only one with a motive + the fact he is clearly double faced.

It's apparently based on a web novel (see in the Detail section) but I didn't read it. I was talking generally as it isn't the first transmigrator story I've read/watched. Most of them don't really bother explaining the process of the transmigration (it's even a common meme to blame "Trunk-kun", the white trunk of doom as they love using car accident for that) or the fate of the previous owner.
