Yes! That was she character and she played it perfectly. She also lost a lot of weight for Marry My Husband and I don’t recall if she got as much hate for that. Many men gain or lose weight for acting roles and they are celebrated for that. I hope she doesn’t see many of these negative comments and let it take away from her outstanding performance in this role.

Yes, people want her role to be what they expect it to be rather than the complex character shaped by her tragic experiences and past. I think she played that role perfectly. Her stoic demeanor and inability to smile were caused by the repeated tragedies in her life and her goal to avenge her father. I went back and watched the final scenes and you can see her emerging happier personality. The final screen of them in front of her fathers painting with the voice over of him explaining that the pain never totally goes away with their facial and body gestures is really superb. They are both excellent actors and it’s frustrating to read the negative comments from people who as usual hide behind a screen and can’t appreciate their talent.

He never knew his father who he knew was a designer (The company is a design firm) and he thinks that’s why he became one. He really clicks with the VP who he said feels like a brother to him the latest episode. They have zero chemistry as a couple to me. Of course these are only my opinions. You may be right as well.

I’m also enjoying the abandoned daughters character. She was so evil in Cinderella Game and she’s so sweet in this role. I wonder how long it will be before her true identity is revealed. I don’t remember her being called Veronica. When was that?

Another solid weekend for this drama. The comedic parts are so well done. I love the facial expressions between the 4 characters at the firm. They are hilarious. There’s a good mix of comedy and drama. I also like that the ‘evil’ characters aren’t totally evil and are redeemable. All the different couples are enjoyable to watch. I suspect U Jae will fall for Se Ri’s abandoned daughter.Eun Bin has become more likable so I feel bad for her. I also see they are dropping more hints that Jun Hyeon is the actual brother of the VP. It’s not even a spoiler at this point. I hope the remaining 30 episodes can keep up the quality.

They actually got married last year. They were a great couple onscreen. One of the better Short dramas.

They actually improved his while styling as the show progressed paralleling his personal growth and improvement.

Yes, that was unfortunate but on a positive note his replacement was great in the role ands maybe a better fit.

I just finished it and feel the same as you did. At least it was a stress free watch, lol.

Not horrible but underwhelming. I really liked the FL in Love Scout and the ML was so good in Squid Game and Queen of Tears. There were some cute parts and the whole theme of the reasons for and against marriage were thoughtful but ultimately a bit boring at times. At least there weren’t any horribly toxic parents or kidnappings! Glad it was just 12 episodes with an unambiguous ending. I’m also a bit hard to win over after just having finished the spectacular Pursuit of Jade. I’d rate this a solid 7.
