I am loving this show so far. The acting and the tension during these scenes is incredible. I feel like I'm holding my breath till it's over especially during that card game in ep 6. Can't wait to see more of what Yo Han does with his new identity in the prison.
From the trailer I wasn't really expecting much so watching the episode I wasn't disappointed. I did have to put on music in the background to not get bored though. Overall not that bad (at least compared to Check Out haha) so I'll keep watching it- kinda side eyeing how they're treating BDSM though but we'll see.
In a BDSM relationship, you must discuss the dos and don'ts before doing ANYTHING, you must use a SAFE WORD and…
I thought the same thing. Just from seeing the guy from the beginning it looked like to me that Kamol was not a good dom especially with the way he goes about his relationships, no wonder he couldn't find a partner that "satisfies" him.
Man....the relationships in this show will be messy, messy. I'll probably continue with it but I hope it picks up. I like watching the uncut version but it's bad if it's make me feel like it should've been shorter haha.
Can you tell me which scene it was? I don't read the webtoon anw, thank you 😁
There was actually quite a bit that I noticed had similarities to Soonrok's scenes. So just from the top of my head: -That scene where Yumi was trying to find an ick for Babi but thought him getting scared was cute. -Babi texting Yumi about her umbrella but her falling asleep and not being able to read it on time. -Babi going on a blind date and Yumi trying to see how it went. And then the more blatant Soonrok scenes which were -Catching Yumi when she slips on the steep stairs and being able to since he works out -Having Yumi fall asleep at his place and then put a blanket over her like a gentleman which she calls her most romantic night since she felt loved.
I'm so sad. I was hoping for a s3 but considering they took all of Soonrok's iconic scenes for Babi, guess that won't be happening. I'm just so disappointed that they did that.
I'm quite enjoying this. I feel like (similarly to Yo Han) that I can't quite trust anyone or anything in this drama. Allies you had before can turn into your enemies in a second. So far, Soo Yeon's character is the one I trust the most at least with being helpful to Yo Han. Excited for next week, ,especially with that ending in Ep 4 wow.
Honestly...there was some stuff I was iffy about but I'm overall glad I watched it. I liked the overarching message and that's coming from someone who loves the Light Novel. For an adaptation, pretty well done.
As someone who read the manga, a little disappointed from what they did in ep 7. In that scene: (in spoiler response):
When Kota was saying that he'd kiss Naoya, he actually did in the manga versus completely turning away like he did here. It's just a little disappointing since even though the manga Kota was flustered/new to this too he still went for it since he likes him. Idk where we're really going with that preview there either at the end with that gunman.
i don't know if it is just me but i think the shift from leads hating each other to them falling in love was too…
I feel the exact same. I was excited for them to become a couple because I wanted to see how that dynamic would change but now it feels boring with them only being lovey dovey. The side couples are the only ones keeping my interest now.
