Because i believe romance doesnt have to be greatest love story of one’s life. I saw their friendship to be the greatest love here and all others a re secondary character.

But then they indeed are lovers too. Hence feeling the loss of one of the greatest couple

If this was a story about friendship then they ruined the ending and didnt justify Pi O’s relationship with Jae In.

If this was a story about rivals becoming lovers, then its pretty much ruined for me. Cause so much is changed to fit the straight men status

I honestly thought it was bromance with queer baiting. They definitely had chemistry. Its wasted potential trying to make them look like friends

While many are satisfied with them being alive and meeting each other, im not. Like wtf was that. I spent majority of the drama convincing myself that they are just friends. That even friends have such deep bond. Only for the writer to reveal they were written as lovers. And why the hell did it take for me all of 12 eps to know they were wearing rings in the intro🙂. If i had knew that before i would have watched the drama from different pov.

Also no matter what, Jae in deserved better. Why would he say okay to a girl if he wasn’t interested. I would defend Pi O for every other thing but not this. Pi O is my baby but boy that was disappointing.

Choi Jeong yo the baby who was endlessly giving when it came to Pi O, even when he had nothing.
Even when all he had was hate towards Pi O, he still saved Pi O.
And when he called him his hope😭.

We as audience deserved better. After all tyat torture they put us through, we rightfully deserved a hug scene. Honestly i waited so long for their reconciliation hug and it was disappointing and sad to not have that. One time skip wqs enough. 9 years is long enough, another time skip of 3 years is over kill. I hate double time skips the most.

Im writting sm cause i loved the drama but the ending disappointed me in some ways. Its ruining my masterpiece

Cant even skip cause its in between and there are other characters i love to see

San Nia and her man sure dont disappoint. Thats the man we all liked and he always proves himself. Every word he said, he meant them. I love how he adores her and how comfortable she id with him.

I like to think of myself as a non violent person but whenever Pi O’s mom appears on screen i have this urge to land a slap on her face.

Its only ep 6 and my boy already proposed!! He was attracted at first sight, and then they played their lil tricks on each other and making fool of the others. And even when she misunderstood, splashed things and slapped him he was understanding. Who are you. While the men in modern age dramas are quite disappointing this was a happy suprise. This is how you win your girl.

True cause most men don’t deserve a second chance with their women .

Honestly same. I just watched the last ep in 2x speed while skipping their intimate scenes. Hot , but im just tired of these two.

For the ex part, people move on from old relationships. She remembers that guy was a good part of her past. Just a old classmate with good memories. And they just went for lunch. I dont think it was wrong. She could have explained it to Luke more beforehand.

Same with the parents situation. How difficult would it be to respect her words. As an adult give her the space and time so she takes care of things. She is fully capable of talking with her parents.
And what responsibilities. Like only the girl is gonna suffer the consequences and hes a very good person for willing to be responsible . Its all upto Shang zitao to accept or reject. But if she rejects she will be the bad person in the eyes of everyone. The man said he will marry what more do u want. Such old mentality. Felt manipulative as u said.

I no longer want to bother with this drama. More than the drama itself, it was people’s stupid opinions that completely drained me. Seeing comments like these give me strength and sense that im not loosing my mind

Maybe the ep cut messed a lot with the drama. Idk what the director mean to convey. Did he want to change the character of Luke but also keep the same conflicts from the novel.
Her insecurities and his arrogance ruined their relationship? Simple as that yet not well done.
The episodes of him winning her back was so short lived and rushed. I stayed till the end to see those eps but i dont feel that satisfaction fully. We only saw a very small portion of Luan Nian. For majority of the drama he remained Luke to me. A strict boss and poor boyfriend. And we spent a lot of time with their eps of misunderstanding, less communication and getting back together without solving the problems.
I wanted to see Luan Nian more. So I could love him . Overall was disappointed with that. But I loved seeing Shang Zitao grow as a person. Im so proud of her for that. Thank you for not giving up on your dreams.
