If not too much trouble, would you message me link to JL Subbing Team? I know most of the other lakorn subbing…
so bad news. JL Subbing took down most videos and has temporarily stopped subbing because another group started stealing it's subs, claimed them as their own, and even tried to get JL Subbing taken down.
I love this drama so so so much...not for the story but their acting, chemistry, comic sense as well as background…
true. I love their chemistry, he's handsome but she's pretty and delicate, they look good together and their interactions make sense. I'd love to see him in something serious though, aside from rom coms.
Is it me, or is it anti-Korean drama? Japan is threatening and powerful, America is rightful and honorable, and…
I was wondering that too, and why? Because it's on Netflix. If you look at some of Netflix's documentaries and movies, many of them have an agenda to down grade a foreign country as needing the US to make it good/free etc.
Not all, but some. basically they are pro war pro intervention, and the US is always the good guy.
We still have a long way to go as we've just reached the quarter point of this drama, but I'm in the process of…
don't know if you can address or if it should be in the article, but here's questions: 1) is the drama based on real life story, 2) is drama historically accurate, and 3) is it propaganda (slanted)?
These might not be something MDLers are interested but maybe a sentence or two if you get info on that, would be nice.
I watched the whole thing. I loved parts and certain characters. I think Johnny Huang is gorgeous. But I was underwhelmed by Victoria Song. I really loved the secondary plot about Pipi's best friend and the 2 handsome fox guys. Because of that side story, it was worth watching.
This is not so much a comment on the content as the format of this article: I would've preferred to see this split…
to me the format felt conversational. I was ok with it. It talked about things I was interested in but the main point of the article is there is no right or wrong in liking or disliking dramas and having diff opinion from others. But as far as format, I look forward to seeing your articles up here, the more the merrier.
Come and Hug Me is great if you take out all the scenes that involve the lead couple. I LOVE all the Boys Over…
Lol that's how I felt about "The Love Knot: His Excellency’s First Love" well, if you took out Victoria Song, keep Johnny Huang, and I loved the best friend with the 2 fox guys. So there's no right or wrong. Haven't gotten very far through C&HM, so I'm forwarned.
I love the title of your article! I feel the same thing on some parts and differently on others. It seems to me that the point of the article is that it's ok to have different opinions, likes and dislikes of dramas. There's no right or wrong. -- some tropes I don't like much and some I do, but I think what's really important is - does the drama tell a story, is there really a plot, and will you remember the drama after you finish it?
this actor jars me because he is so expressionless, why. all his leading ladies are so expressive and yet all…
that's Lakorns for you. There's some Lakorns where the actor is just horrible, but keeps getting shows. There's one Lakorn I saw, the female lead hardly ever said a word, mostly went through the drama with big eyes and mouth hanging open. Then there's actors like Ken and Anne, who amaze you.
I love this drama but YES, eventually I had to press "mute" when Yang Mi says "Su Su". I actually wanted someone to kill her for me lol. Loved everything else, these are all good actors who've gone on to greater roles. The CGI and production value not that great, but the story and acting were great.
I've looked at all other subbing sites, nothing.
I'd love to see him in something serious though, aside from rom coms.
