You don't need to push yourself to keep watching if it’s not clicking with you. The pacing is intentional it’s a slow burn because the director chose to take the character’s trauma seriously rather than glossing over it. At the point you’re at, they’ve only just gotten together, and there’s still a lot to unfold before the full revelation comes.
