Have you watched The Winter Begonia? In her tamer moments she reminds me of the female bandit there who'd heard from a fortuneteller that when she's 19 she'll have a son by a southener and she was pestering ML to *help* her. RuYi her is just as naive as her😆

I've got a question from the fans as it's probably the first Cdrama I'm checking since the very start.


Are you this dedicated to following all dramas you like this closely since the day one and cast adding, booting, shooting, BTS, etc? Or only the ones with your ultimate favourite acting in them? Or SLY is an exception because its vast pulicity? 😊

I don't care really because I'll probably drop either way but I think his role as the detective at the present time and his past life as the king (probably that lady's husband) will be more flashed out than liking FL now.🤔

LTG and CY looked good together and she seemed like she's going to be infatuated with him or develop feelings first. I hope they wrap this childish obsession up soon and have them together so we can enjoy a matual love without any annoying 3rd wheel.

FL's agressive acts towards ML annoyed me but the more I saw her, more I knew how right she is to say she's only good at killing. She's not the first child assassin I've seen but so far, the most naive one. Even though the Empress was her benefactor, still she took her advices more like orders.

"Leave SG.""Yes!"
"Don't FIL easily but get a child.""Yes"

She was raised to single-mindedly follow the orders and never ask questions or consider her own thoughts and feelings. Only now she's starting to think about it beyond the Empress' last order.

To be honest, I won't be surprised if they go on a killing spree in the last couple of episodes.

Haven't watched that but he's got good dramas already. His character's name despite him being too old for an epilougue made me wonder.

I don't understand why FL doesn't talk to her father about all these mess!! I know she doesn't want to worry him but still. They can gey a rest of they knew the other one knows.


Also, as much as I can understand granny's reaction, it was so silly of her to say "I wanted to hear your side" then as soon as he said he was arrested she considered his side of story told and finished. I hope she won't be too hard on him and DJ on those thieves' account or else she's going to be very sorry.

BSC and his mother are putting all their bets on SR in hope of her new money. Their faces would be epic when she drops them like a hot potato to go after the cousin.(Though this kind of people mostly are too shameless to feel ashamed)

There's a teen actor listed as Ning Shisan. Who is he supposed to be? Could he possibly be RRY and NYJ's child who's named after Shisan who's died?😫🤔

They probably keep going with the goof ball vibe. I don't watch much dramas but I feel like a lot of ones with supernatural beings and parallel between the past and the present came out this year. Even now there are this, Park marriage, My demon and Moon in the day airing with these themes. (though Idk if the later 2 have past portion or not)


Btw, I agree with your other comment about the dogs. I've seen worse but It feels like a reportage for raising awareness about the dogs and such.

The plot seems to be all over the place, especially with this murder mystery of 30 years ago and now. I hope at least they show the past events in a clean and proper manner and not just some inconsistant random flashbacks that leaves most of it to the viewers' guess though I won't hold my breath for it.

I can't believe Chen DuLing is here too. I lost count of how many dramas I've seen this year with her in it but I do know I haven't watched all.

Ruyi and Boss Ning are very cool, I hope after they get together, fall in love or anything, they wouldn't turn into some mushy love crazed mess. It would be a waste.

As usual I'm behind the aired episodes and still on ep.5 but the story already seems interesting and complicated enough(if it wouldn't go downhill later🤞🏻).


So far, I mostly like the characters and their dynamics, except Noble consort Chu whose clingy acts I don't trust and the Empress. My favourite is Princess' relationship with NYJ.


Another thing I like is that the main leads especially the ML here aren't some possessive toxic people, though I didn't like the end of Ep.5 where she's forcing him to be her sperm donor. Idk if she was serious or not but it wasn't comical or hot, just creepy and uncomfortable (at least fo me😶)


What I didn't like is that some scenes are too dramaric and theatrical for my taste and I feel fight scenes are sometimes overdone.

Hope the truth will be out before granny kicks the bucket...

Hairs and customs looked great in the booting ceremony. I hope script will be as nicely done.🤩🙏🏻
