I've just catched up eps6-10. Finally the script & pace editing are getting normal, unlike first 5eps that I watched them uncomfortably.
I will buy express.

I wish for the future eps, the scriptwriter can polish it to become a better audio-visual storytelling.

For months, I was excited waiting this drama. But after watching first 6 eps, I feel confused. Like what happened with the script & pace editing?
I can see the story itself has good potential (I am not the novel reader), but the execution isnt flow smoothly. Everything feels so rush. An episode feels like a compilation of trailers.
Every scene is short with repetitive structure: problem-resolve-cut to next scene. Add BGM to heighten the tension of every scene.
The dialogue isnt like real conversation: the dialogue just want to tell information or background story to audience.

Only romance scenes between HeYu & Mengziyi are a bit better: longer dialogue, nice OST.

For now I choose to keep follow the drama, but I am not going to buy express. I hope the drama will getting better on next eps, because the main story has potential & the casts are good. I wish this drama is watchable till end, so I wont drop this drama.
