I've just catched up eps6-10. Finally the script & pace editing are getting normal, unlike first 5eps that I watched them uncomfortably. I will buy express.
For months, I was excited waiting this drama. But after watching first 6 eps, I feel confused. Like what happened with the script & pace editing? I can see the story itself has good potential (I am not the novel reader), but the execution isnt flow smoothly. Everything feels so rush. An episode feels like a compilation of trailers. Every scene is short with repetitive structure: problem-resolve-cut to next scene. Add BGM to heighten the tension of every scene. The dialogue isnt like real conversation: the dialogue just want to tell information or background story to audience.
Only romance scenes between HeYu & Mengziyi are a bit better: longer dialogue, nice OST.
For now I choose to keep follow the drama, but I am not going to buy express. I hope the drama will getting better on next eps, because the main story has potential & the casts are good. I wish this drama is watchable till end, so I wont drop this drama.

I randomly watch this drama last night. Avenuex's review affect me to try this drama (because mostly I have similar evaluation with her). And surprisingly I enjoy this drama. I am happy with the directing, script, also music design. There is no strange "funny" BGM. The ost & scoring are fit with the scenes.
I am so happy (& teary) watching last eps! I love how Filing for Love handle ethics & gender dynamic issue with this fun & heartwarming yet sensitive approach! The personal is always political. Enjoyable journey!
I cried on last eps. Beautiful story 10/10. Thank you so much for all crews & casts of this drama, thank you for still producing this kind of drama. Really Park Hae Young depthness is something that AI cant replace.
