A Thrilling Blend of Drama, Romance, and Action

Heart Killers is a Thai series that blends drama, romance, and action, following a group of characters tangled in high-stakes situations. While the premise is straightforward, the story offers plenty of twists and surprises.

The chemistry between the lead actors, especially in both romantic pairs, is undeniable. Their performances shine, with both couples delivering strong and believable portrayals. It’s a real treat to see Dunk Natachai Boonprasert step into a more active, "bossy" role, a refreshing departure from his usual characters, and he does it with flair. The pacing of the series is fast, ensuring the audience is never bored. The unexpected turns in the plot only add to the excitement, making it a highly engaging watch.

That said, some viewers have pointed out that certain aspects of the plot can feel a bit predictable, especially if you’ve seen similar dramas before. Even so, the overall experience remains captivating, and the performances of the cast keep things fresh and exciting. For anyone who enjoys a mix of action and romance, Heart Killers is definitely worth checking out. I will likely rewatch this series later on.

Unfortunately poor script and not well-developed characters

Easygoing romantic series. Super fluffy, a lot of filler material that didn't move the story forward and completely unnecessary NC. The characters weren't very believable and they should have worked harder on the script before they started filming. One of the main characters looked and acted like he was 12-13 years old but suddenly had a relationship with a serious CEO (who was also played by a guy who looked extremely young to be a CEO and didn't fit the role). But if you just want to see a very light-hearted story with cute young boys and don't have high demands on the script, suitable cast or believable characters, this is the series for you.

A monotonous romcom with no real plot

I may not have had very high expectations for this series after seeing the trailer, but I was still looking forward to it because some of my favorite actors were in it, but I was disappointed. I just finished watching this series, and after 24 episodes, I’m still wondering: What was it about? It's 24 hours of sweet talk, flirting, kissing, and cutesy behavior between five, most of them already familiar, BL couples, with no real plot or twist. It unfortunately became almost absurdly monotonous, repetitive, and frankly boring. Several of the actors have given much better performances in earlier BL series. This might be an unpopular opinion, but I feel sorry for the actors who are forced to do this kind of silly series just to satisfy fans who are mostly looking to watch guys pretending to be gay and kiss. And if that’s mainly what you’re after, you will definitely like this!
If I could say anything positive about this series: I was initially very skeptical about the new BL couple Perth and Santa, but I was pleasantly surprised. They had great chemistry and will most likely get to do more series together.

One of the most boring and strange series I've seen this year

Honestly, I don't even know why I finished watching this one. If you've seen the trailer, most people probably have completely different expectations for this series. Very strange and absurd story that doesn't connect at all, it's like the author couldn't decide which genre it should be, it's both an office comedy with bad dad jokes and mystery action at the same time and they've squeezed in a couple of longer nudes/ sex scenes to spice things up but it doesn't help. It would have been better if they focused the whole series on the story of the jewel company, patent theft and romance between the main characters and skipped the whole mystery thing. This was probably one of the worst series I've seen this year. Even within the genre of light-hearted BL series, it is unfortunately not worth watching.

Predictable and boring comedy series, waste of acting talent

Average comedy series, predictable office romance between intern and senior. I don't understand why Off & Gun does these silly roles. After seeing them in more serious roles in the series Not Me, we know that they have great acting talent, they really should get more serious roles again. Fast forwarded through the series, it was slow and had a predictable storyline. Not a series you will remember. GMMTV is currently throwing out BL series at breakneck speed, they could have cut down on the number of series and instead invested a little more in quality instead.

Slow and boring - for me, one of the GMMTVs weakest series this year

**Slow, Boring, and Not Worth the Hype**

Boys in Love is a Thai BL series that sadly doesn’t live up to its hype. The show is very slow and not much happens. The production isn’t great, and the episodes all feel very similar. After watching a few, it felt like I was seeing the same thing over and over again. The stories are simple and there’s not much drama.

I’ve seen that many people gave this series high ratings on My Drama List, and to be honest, I don’t understand why. I thought it was boring, way too slow, had almost no plot, and mediocre production. Maybe I’m just too old for this. Maybe if I were a teenager, I would enjoy it more. But I expect more from a series made by a big production company. Just having cute boys smile at each other isn’t enough for me. For me, this is one of GMMTV’s weakest series this year.

The only thing I really liked was that the actors were actual teenagers playing teen roles. That made the characters feel more real, compared to some other similar shows where 30-year-olds pretend to be 15. In the end, Boys in Love was a big disappointment. It had potential, but there just wasn’t enough there to keep me interested.

A Highly Anticipated Disappointment

Fans were eagerly awaiting the return of the lead actors in another series, but unfortunately, the show does not live up to the high expectations. Despite the promising premise, this series is ultimately a letdown. It's slow-paced, repetitive, and the story feels strange and hard to follow. While the chemistry between the two leads is still strong, the plot itself doesn't offer enough to make it engaging or enjoyable.

Boss Chaikamon portrayal of Cir is completely unconvincing and lacks any real depth, making it difficult to empathize with his character. His crying scenes, in particular, were so poorly executed that they were almost painful to watch. It is unclear whether the problem lies in the script, the casting, the direction, or the actors' performanc, but either way, the character of Cir falls flat in a big way.

The inconsistency in the storyline doesn't help matters either. While the concept could have been promising, the execution fails to deliver. There are moments that feel like they’re leading somewhere meaningful, only to disappoint with awkward pacing and unexplained narrative choices.

On the positive side, the chemistry between the two leads is undeniable, and their intimate moments are in a league of their own. It’s clear that the actors have mastered the art of on-screen romance, something many others in the genre could learn from. But sadly, this spark isn't enough to save the series as a whole.

Entertaining and Romantic Drama

ThamePo Heart That Skips a Beat blends romance with serious topics like the unrealistic demands placed on artists and the emotional toll of being in the public eye. I was pleasantly surprised by this series, which offers a more mature and serious storyline compared to many other GMMTV productions. While it’s still entertaining, funny, and full of romance, it doesn’t shy away from addressing real-world issues, like the toxic fan culture that can sometimes ruin artists lives. The show does an excellent job of exploring the difficult side of fame, particularly in the Thai entertainment industry, and it provides a deeper look into the struggles that artists and celebrities face.

The casting of the band LYKN was a great choice, as the members perfectly embodied their roles as the band MARS. Williams' debut as an actor exceeded expectations, and his chemistry with the lead couple was fantastic, making the romantic aspects of the series feel genuine. Their relationship developed naturally, and it was a joy to watch them on screen together.

If I had to mention a flaw, it would be that the pacing at times can feel a bit uneven, especially in the more intense moments where the focus shifts from romance to the darker side of fame. However, this doesn't take away from the overall appeal of the show. I hope to see the lead couple in more series in the future, as they had great potential. This series stands out for its balance of romance and serious issues, making it a unique and worthwhile watch in the genre.

Yet another BL series with week script an no chemistry

Doctor’s Mine was, unfortunately, a disappointment. It felt like a low-budget production with weak characters and a story that didn’t leave any lasting impression. The script was weak and the plot never really took off. Now, two weeks after finishing it, I honestly can’t remember much of what the story actually was about – and that says a lot.

The main couple didn’t have any real chemistry. Their scenes often felt awkward and even cringe at times. I know that one of the actors is new to BL roles, but it was very obvious. He should have had more training before they started filming. It just didn’t feel natural or believable between them.

The second couple wasn’t great either. Their behavior felt strange and childish, especially considering they’re supposed to be close to graduating university. Maybe it’s a cultural difference, but to me it didn’t feel realistic at all.

It’s sad to say, but I don’t think the series managed to create believable characters. The dialogue felt flat and many scenes felt like they were just filling time. There were some emotional moments, but they didn’t land because the writing wasn’t strong enough. I often find it hard to believe in the love story when the characters have no chemistry, share no interests, and the series never explains why they’re even attracted to each other — without that foundation, their relationship just doesn’t feel real or convincing. The idea behind the series had potential, it just wasn’t well executed.

Right now, there are so many new Thai BLs coming out, and I get that production companies want to ride the wave. But lately it feels like many of them care more about fan events and product placements than making good, solid stories. Doctor’s Mine sadly feels like one of those rushed projects made to sell merch, not to tell a meaningful story.

In the end, this series didn’t deliver. Weak script, forgettable plot, no chemistry between the leads – it’s not one I would recommend unless you’re a hardcore fan of the actors. There are better BLs out there.

Unfortunately quite boring and no real plot

After watching both of the main actors in "My school president" and my favorite series "Moonligt chicken", I couldn't help but watch this even though I'm tired of Thai school series. But even within this genre, this is a disappointment. There's no real plot and it's pretty lame, almost felt like a children's movie. The actors deserve to be in better series. I ended up fast-forwarding through the last few episodes just to know how it ended.

Weak Plot and Dull Romance – Not Worth Your Time

Unfortunately, a boring and weak script. *Exclusive Love* is a Taiwanese BL drama about a grown man who ends up reconnecting with a much younger guy he once tutored. As their paths cross again, feelings begin to grow—but not everything goes smoothly.

The concept had potential, but the execution left a lot to be desired. The storyline was vague and never really committed to a clear direction. Sure, it’s meant to be a love story, but it felt hollow and aimless. The main romance failed to deliver, largely because the leads lacked any real chemistry. It was hard to root for them when their connection felt so forced.

One major plotline, involving the main character’s dying brother, was almost completely glossed over. It was supposed to add emotional depth, but instead, it felt like a forgotten subplot. The side couple, while cute together, seemed randomly inserted and their relevance to the main story was never made clear.

The repeated trope of a mature adult falling for a much younger, immature partner is getting old. It’s a dynamic that’s been played out far too often in Asian BL series, and here it felt especially tired and unoriginal.

That said, the production quality wasn’t terrible, and some supporting performances had charm. The cinematography was decent, and the series did have moments that hinted at emotional resonance, but they were few and far between.

I usually enjoy Taiwanese BL dramas, but this one was just too dull and forgettable. Honestly, I’m not even sure why I watched it to the end. With so many new BL series coming out from Asia, this is one you can safely skip.

Typical thai rom-com

Entertaining but many clichés. Some of the characters are not fully developed and there are some flaws in the script. Some of the nude/sex scenes didn't feel genuine or fitting in the story. As if they were added randomly to please the BL fans. A bit of a boring development in recent years' BL series where the number of spicy sex scenes becomes more important than the story. But if you miss the actors from Pit Babe, this is an easy and fun series to binge watch.

A vampire story that didn’t bite

Unfortunately, a bit of a disappointment — I had hoped for more. I really liked the two leads after seeing them in Between Us, so my expectations were quite high. I was excited about the mix of vampire lore, romance, and mystery, but sadly, the execution didn’t live up to what I’d hoped for.

I really liked the premise and the cast duo had promise, yet it somehow never truly took off for me. The pacing felt uneven — the build-up to the vampire mythos was interesting, but halfway through I found myself skimming episodes rather than being drawn in. The emotional stakes seemed shaky, and the supernatural elements sometimes felt more like props than essential parts of the story. While the visuals and setting were decent, the series lacked the strong character development that would make me care deeply for Punn or Ramil. The romance between them had moments of charm, but more often it felt rushed or overshadowed by side plots that didn’t quite land. There were flashes of good chemistry, but the subplot with the Hunters and the vampiric past felt cluttered and confusing rather than engaging.

In comparison with Golden Blood, which also aired this year, this one felt like a pale copy — lacking the same heart, tension, and spark between the leads. It had potential but never quite found its rhythm.

Overall, despite its hype and solid casting, Revamp the Undead Story is one of those shows that had all the right ingredients but didn’t manage to blend them into something memorable. Still, I genuinely hope to see the main pair together again in another project that suits them better.

Same Story, Different Title: A BL Drama Without Surprises

10 Things I Want to Do Before 40 had potential with its slightly more mature setup, but in the end, it felt like something I’ve already seen too many times before. I’m honestly not sure why I finished the series—maybe out of habit more than genuine interest. The story moves slowly, and while it tries to explore personal growth and relationships, it never really dives deep enough to make an impact.

Like many recent japanese BL dramas, it suffers from the same issues: self-denying characters who avoid conflict, act overly passive, and often seem stuck in a cycle of guilt and hesitation. I understand that some of this is tied to cultural context, but it’s becoming a too repetitive formula. The characters in this series feel more like stereotypes than real people, and it’s hard to connect with them emotionally.

The pacing is also a problem—very little actually happens across the episodes, and what does happen is predictable. The chemistry between the leads is subtle to the point of being almost invisible at times. Visually, the series is fine, and the acting isn’t bad, but nothing really stands out.

If you’ve seen other similar japanese BL dramas in recent years, you’ll likely feel like you’ve already watched 10 Things I Want to Do Before 40 — just under a different name.

A Mess of Clichés, Cringe Momens and Unrealistic Characters

This was truly a bottom-tier series. Flirt Milk is supposed to be a light hearted romance and comedy but fails to deliver a coherent plot or believable characters. There was no real plot to speak of, and the lead couple had absolutely no chemistry and most of the characters were unrealistic. The series was strange, painfully slow, and filled with cringe-worthy scenes, many of which were difficult to watch.

The clichés piled up, from the poorly executed fake mustaches to the absurd scenes featuring adult men in sexy women’s lingerie, which added nothing to the story. I can’t help but feel sorry for the actors who had to follow such a script. And honestly, what was the deal with the milk? It seemed like a random product placement with no real significance to the story.

On a positive note, the series did have a couple of lighthearted moments, and some viewers may find the humor appealing, though I struggled to see past the many flaws. If you have endless time on your hands and are into cheesy, over-the-top series, you might get some entertainment out of it, but I wouldn't recommend prioritizing this one.
