Itās not groundbreaking, but the actors have great chemistry and their characters are well written. Neither is stupid. They have great respect for each other almost from the start and romance hasnāt really started yet. I like the secondary characters as well.
Even though he used underhanded tactics to thwart ML so far, this is obviously due to family issues. I feel that once they get over their enmity, they will probably work together and repair their relationship. It has been shown that SML is unaware of the dodgy financial dealings in his Fatherās company and is very concerned about his workers safety. When his Father is exposed as the bad guy, I reckon his conscience will make him side with ML. He will probably get a huge unrequited crush on FL, but get over it. This being said, I bet he still has a few more ticks up his sleeves before he comes around.
I wasnāt a big fan of CXX even though I believed he did a great job on Starry Love. But I see him differently…

I think most of his issues are around the breakup of his family which he blames ML for. I feel that this will resolve and once he gets over female lead, he could even be a contender for romance with SFL.
One of the best things about this drama was the fact that they used the āAuthorā as a plot device to avoid censorship problems and give us a proper ending. I wish more dramas would do this as it really helped to make a complete story.
