Title Till the End of the Moon Spoiler
i saw someone say that TTJ and YXW both realise their feelings for each other after the dream arc ends, but why?
The plot had changed...so take a leap of faith that the drama will deliver a smooth transition, fingers crossed.

In the book, it wasn't about the "dream", "tear" and the "thread". What YXW needed to do was to evoke TTJ's emotions, which would help this magical bead YXW received from Ji Ze to form the divine nails.

After they all got out of the dream state, TTJ fell victim to his own trap and was about to die. YXW went back to save him, when no one else would or could. For the first time, through the bead, she felt his heart quivering, just for a split second. This really is the start of his down fall - she then knew the bead would work, and did everything in her power to draw stronger and stronger emotions and feelings from him from there on. I don't remember her reciprocating the feeling this early on though. The first time it was ever mentioned that her mind wavered was a flash back via her companion about the time when she received the veil he sew with his own hand for their wedding. Reckon it is just the adaptation trying to make it all fit in 40 short episodes. To be honest, the book was pretty brutal. I think it would be good if they could soften it a bit in the drama.

If I remember correctly Deng Wei character is suppose to be second male lead right? it seem they change his character…
You are right. The book described his feeling as old aged wine, lasted through the test of time, never gone, and it was only apparent to him. So when they all got out, no one else understood but himself.

Instead we have him getting hot and bothered as a brother upon hearing dual cultivation.

i get everyone missing ttj but i actually like the dream arc😌 ming ye is so opposite that it’s gonna make…
I don't mind the dream arc...but something would have to give from the original novel, many of which are rather interesting. Some good bits have already been omitted leading up to the dream arc - perhaps the writer has other ideas on how to pan this whole thing out.

For context, there are only 7 chapters in the novel covering the dream arc, out of 131 chapters of HE version. The drama is dedicating at least 6 episodes to it, when there are only 40 episodes in total.

I shall take a leap of faith, but I am ready to watch TTJ and YXW stare at each other in awkward silence after they get out of the dream, and more.

does anyone know which chapter the dream arc ends in the novel? im done waiting, I NEED to know what happens next
46. A period of calm before the storm followed. She willingly went back with him as his “captive”. In reality, she was either beating him up and kicking him in the sack or she was beating his pet tiger up and sending it running for its life all over the palace. He had stern words for her but his actions spoke louder than words, always tolerating her antics. He fell for her harder and harder but she was awaken by the fact of his cruelty. They took turns plotting against each other, leading up to the tragic tower scene.

Bear in mind, MY was different in the book. SJ was severely mistreated. After their marriage, every 10 years, SJ borrows MY’s sarira to purify the Mo river for her clan’s survival. This year, the green tea B was about to the awaken after 100 years of coma, and MY wanted to preserve the sarira for her health benefits. That day before the battle, SJ went to MY, determined to retrieve the sarira, even if it meant he would kill her. She did put him under a spell so that he was temporarily incapacitated, and kissed him without consent. She blind folded herself, and while searching for the sarira on his body, she reached down around his trunk, and (accidentally?) touched his junk. Then she quipped that he didn’t dislike her as he claimed. But they didn’t do the deed. He was able to move enough to break her shoulder blade.

Later on, after they were back to the human realm, TTJ gave her a physical exam in return at some point. Tit-for-tat.

At the end of episode 13, you can see the actor's actual hair at the nape of the neck and the long wig is separated…
Ep 8, the tube feeding the fake blood was visible after TTJ cut his wrist. I think all the money went to the CGI and costumes. 🤔

All the Mandarin understanders out there, did SJ actually say "Wedding sex"? My eyes actually went wide upon reading…
She meant wedding night. The literal translation was something like a night in the candle lit bridal chamber. The term implies to consummate the relationship, which is what the people would do in the olden days. The translator cut the crap and went straight to the point.

Definitely a double standard. If he did this to her, people would be more upset.
