Nah, I'm perfectly fine with age gaps. Not much bothers me if I love the characters and their chemistry and find the plot interesting tbh (well, maybe not if the romance is overly toxic). I've heard nothing but good things about Blank so I'll definitely check it out soon :). Thanks for the rec!

How fantastic. There's so very little in the way of GL/ lesbian romance in historical dramas (slow burn sismance and subtext is more than acceptable, especially given it's a Chinese drama). Well, I got back home, caved and decided to watch the first two episodes instead of sleeping🤣 . All I can say is it's wonderful, Hardly within my proverbial comfort zone as someone not fond of either romcoms nor school settings but I always try and keep an open mind. It's what makes dramas like this feel all the more special when you find them.

...Well if it's the same scriptwriters as for The Untamed I think I'll be checking this out tomorrow at some point instead of waiting. The writing for TU was nothing short of beautiful. And I have been meaning to get round to reading Mu Su Li's novels anyway.
I quite enjoy both BL and bromance dramas but I burn out quickly on romance as a genre (there have been so many good BLs airing recently). Thinking of checking this out next as it looks good.
