This was such a comforting watch! I genuinely loved the overall vibe of this series. The slow-burn approach worked well for the story, especially since the main focus was on Jang Hye Seong trying to change Lee U Jin’s fate. I also really enjoyed the time-travel concept and how, whenever Hye Seong changed something in U Jin’s past, certain photos would gradually appear or change in Hye Seong’s room in the future. I thought that was a really nice detail that added something special to the story.
The plot itself was interesting, and we got some cute moments along the way. However, I have mixed feelings about the romance. The chemistry was decent, but it never felt particularly strong to me. Despite being a BL with two kiss scenes, the relationship felt more focused on friendship for most of the series. And I don't mean that in a bad way! I don't mind a BL having only two kiss scenes, or even just one. I enjoy a good slow burn, after all. However, something about their dynamic felt more brotherly than romantic to me. The lingering stares and subtle flirting didn't always give me the impression that these two genuinely wanted to be together romantically. Maybe I'm overthinking it, but I just wanted a little more romantic tension between them.
Another thing that bothered me was how certain plot points were never properly explained. What was the significance of the colorblindness? And what exactly happened during the car accident U Jin gets into when he runs toward that corner? Was it actually an accident, or was it another staged event meant to make us believe he had died again? I was left with questions, and I wish the series had taken the time to give us some answers.
Overall, I do think the story could have benefited from more depth. Despite its length, there were moments where the writing could have been stronger, certain details needed more explanation, and the romance could have used a little more development. Still, I can't say I had a bad time watching it. In fact, I ended up binging the entire series because I was genuinely engaged and wanted to see how everything would unfold.
With a stronger script, more attention to certain plot details, and a little more romantic chemistry, I think this series could have been even better. Nevertheless, it's still a cute, comforting watch that I would recommend if you're looking for something short and easy to get through!
I actually liked this episode more than the entire series, maybe because it shows more of their cute lovey dovey side with not much work environment involved, and even tho I did watch this one at 2x speed it was a better watch for me. I liked how this ended, must say Zen is just so tsundere it's so cute. Overall this series along with special episode aren't bad at all, very decent watch. It wasn't bad, I enjoyed the kiss and NC scenes, chemistry was good, I liked the whole rivals thing, I think what ruined it for me was how fast things happened, like if it was more of a slow burn it would've been better for my taste, but thats just personal opinions, I did get very uninterested starting episode 7 and had to watch the rest in 2x speed, still contemplating if I should watch the special episode but I might as well atp. I generally like slow paced series and I liked how slow it was in this one but there wasn't tension to actually leave me to continue watching with anticipation, instead every episode felt like I had been watching it for 2 hours even though it was just like 24 minutes, maybe they were trying to go towards that vibe but I do feel like more tension between the ML and more scenes where they're mostly just craving each others presence and attention would've made this a easier watch. I will be lying if I said I enjoyed this, I was fidgeting through it all ngl. Sadly a bit disappointed cause I do enjoy Japanese BL a lot, but this one wasn't it for me. Regardless I cant say it's bad cause a lot of people seem to like it and I fear this could just be a personal taste. Everything else was good, cinematography, acting, music, etc. Just story was lacking a lot. I will say I love that diva Kanako Mizuki for supporting both ML and supporting Kanata through everything, I thought she would play that typical role of the best friend that is secretly in love with one of the ML but thankfully that wasn't the case and that made her character even better. I really do love her. And ofc the other friends are cool too they just didn't play much of a role. But yeah. Overall it wasn't for me, but not a bad watch if thats what you're into.

Really cute wholesome story! I found it adorable and in some ways realistic like it wasn't a lot of BS of misunderstandings that just went on for way too long for dramatic effect and everything was very straight to the point and clear. I also liked how there wasn't like a thousand traumatic scenes just to balance the romance out. Super cute short watch!

Well I'm here again watching yet another Flying Penguin project, I didn't know it was theirs until the end of the first episode but you can tell cause they have a vibe to their series or films that just scream erotic 18+. But yeah, I need to say that this series was just very poorly executed. Ngl I liked the idea of it, and plot wise it could've been good, I've watched BL's before with a very similar plot but this one was just way too quick and done wrong. Tell me why they liked each other instantly and then wanted to move together? I mean yeah you can find someone attractive but to develop actual feelings to the point of wanting a committed relationship, that takes time, a hookup would've been more realistic. And then wanting to move together, like you met this dude a day ago... Anyway, the acting is horrible, its very monotone and emotionless, the lines aren't delivered properly with a decent pace instead everything is just said without a pause or emotion, this also affects the chemistry between the 2 leads, I didn't feel the chemistry and it all just felt bland, like when the teacher forces some kid to read and he was trying to avoid eye contact with the teacher so he wouldn't be chosen, it's very lacking. Anyway, this was a pretty bad watch, I hope Flying Penguin gets better actors or puts the time to give acting classes to some of these people because it's a very constant thing I've seen throughout projects.

I think everyone, including myself, is confused about some parts of this short film, and this might just be one of those films where everyone can fill in the emptiness of What? Who? Where? When? And Why? but most likely it's either one perspective that is right or just everyones as a collective being right or none at all. Who knows...? I honestly don't have much of an opinion or view on this one and what the mystery could've been, I kind of see it as the mystery being part of the purpose of the film, were just meant to be in the unknown as viewer just like the younger brother is as a character. Maybe thats the case, maybe not. Regardless every perspective is very interesting and if you ever have some free time, read a couple comments or reviews and their POV on the mystery of this short film and watch it with that mindset, you will see how fascinating it is seeing things in someone else's eyes.
I think this is good content for those who are fans of this couple and probably would enjoy anything they released. But as a BL watcher I don't find this interesting or appealing in any way.
