What many many many people fail to understand is that a 10 on a scale of 1-10 means the drama or movie was absolutely PERFECT. One can find absolutely NO fault with the cast, acting, direction, lighting, choreography, plot progression, etc. Calling (GIVING) dramas and movies a PERFECT score on anything that has plot holes, lacks character development, drags in the middle while rushing the ending, and in this particular instance, kills the majority of the surviving students at the hands of a psycho instead of during a battle with aliens, is doing the entertainment a disservice.
I've read countless reviews and comments saying how bad it was after episode 6, yet the same reviews and comments ALL follow with a BUT "I'm going to give it a 10 anyway." The BUT is giving a reward where no reward was needed. Maybe all dramas and movies should have a 10 rating for participation, huh?
An endless cycle of bad writing, acceptance of bad writing by rewarding with great reviews, bad writing, acceptance of bad writing by rewarding with great reviews. The cycle has diminished the quality of dramas in the last 3/4/5 years. We're seeing the results of all the 10s that were given when they should've been a 5 or 6 or 7 or maybe an 8, and people are beginning to move away from Korean dramas TO Japanese or.....

It's also extremely insulting to fellow viewers and discredits their own opinions regarding said dramas.

And here we are reading another review telling people how great the drama was when it was not, and giving it a full 10 rating.
Looking forward to everyone reaping what they've sown in Oasis. Also please don't cram everything into the last…
Replying instead of editing...Crammed last episode, no satisfying punishments forr the Bad guys, and could anyone please explain why in the world the FL would end up with both guys after all they'd been through?!
I see you're on episode 5. Who is the girl with the black glasses who cries a lot? I've been thru the cast list…
I've been rewatching scenes so an hour episode is taking me almost 2 1/2 hours to finish to pick up the little details, & like you the names. Whatever I'm watching I keep MDL open to it in another tab. For the past month Viki hasn't updated the episodes watched or the time I've paused so I' having to keep up with it on MDL in Notes. Thank you for her name.
Is there a reason he doesn’t get any leads roles? He’s always supporting or a villain
I love seeing his face regardless of role. In my opinion, support roles offer more variety for actors to hone their skills and is, on the other hand, more sustainable than a lead role. There are very few actors/actresses who I would like to see give up a permanent position as a supporting actor/actress and pursue a less "at will" role of lead. At will being at the will of the people's Likes, Dislikes, Popularity, Fallen From Grace.
I'd rather see a fav support cast acting in 100 dramas a year for the next 50 years than to see them in the lead maybe once or twice a year for the next 50 years. I don't know the paygrade of the entertainment industry, but I can probably say based on multiple roles versus very few roles, I'd opt for the lower pay yet more abundant pay with multiple roles. And I'd be given more leeway to hone my skill/talent, instead of being subjected to the "at will" of the people and agency heads relying on the opinions of the people for their wealth.
I'm just getting this off my chest regarding support vesus the lead role discussion. I'd had these thoughts ever since I asked the same question as you (on someone else's profile). Maybe he too is satisfied where he is. Maybe he doesn't like "down" time and likes to stay busy. Maybe he likes having a more steady income. Maybe he has a family he has to support. Maybe Maybe Maybe. There are SO many reasons a support role "position" is better than a "lead" role position.
I've had this question so many times over the years but it was just this year I realized I needed to see a lead role from another perspective. I REALLY REALLY wish others would ask this same question, and have discussions about it.
Is there any place to watch this without browsers throwing a malware warning?
Thank you. I'm older than dirt and haven't figured out the download process, yet, simply bc I haven't had a reason to want to. Now I do. Thank you again.
"The most common cause of death for South Koreans aged 10–39 is suicide" - just like in the US.
Oh, wouldn't it be nice for everyone NOT to bash ROK for the same level of neglect the majority of nations have toward mental health.
Please include all the other nations by name who are still in 2023 not socially developed in regards to mental health. The list can be found by googling "complete list of nations on Earth".

WRONG. I don't know where you got your statistic for the US but it's wrong. Or were you just trying to show you commiserate? "Deaths among teenagers most often result from:
Accidents account for nearly 50% of all teenage deaths. Among these, motor vehicle fatalities are the leading cause of teenagers’ deaths. Causes Of Death & Death Rates: Adults 50 & Under Cause of Death 20-29 yrs 30-39 yrs External Causes 42,045 48,873 Heart Diseases 2,548 9,393 Cancer 2,126 6,465
Breakdown Of External Causes Of Death 1. Drug Overdoses 2. Motor Vehicle Accidents 3. Suicide
After accidents, suicide is the third leading cause of death in this age group."
I'll send you the link in a message if you want verification. Opinions aren't verification.
There's No point in getting angry......since this is not the first time they be doing this if you have watched…
"its nothing but a POOR or LAZY writing at this point."
THERE YA GO. Exactly.
And the writer will be rewarded with the drama having high ratings which confirms POOR or LAZY writing is what the viewers want, so why write anything better than mediocre. It seems to be an endless cycle.
Man, I always look up for your comment. XD Maybe I can really start watching it again, if the real shit is gonne…
" It has gone on too long. But we are getting close to the end, so some truths are about to come out and smackdowns are coming!!!"
I'm afraid that's the problem though with this particular drama. It HAS gone on too long, the episodes seem to be regurgitated with minor minor details to make it look like it's moving forward. The last 2 episodes won't be enough time to make up for what it has lacked.
I seriously doubt the writer can resolve the mess in 2 episodes. BUT I've decided this will be the last drama I'll watch while the episodes are dropping.
