Soo.... guys. I keep thinking about it..I'll be really mad if Do Hak and Cheol Woong don't find out they're brothers…
And yet episode 10 came and went and still they don't know they're brothers. It's the writers, not the directors who drive the script. Blame the screenwriter.
Looking forward to everyone reaping what they've sown in Oasis. Also please don't cram everything into the last episode to try and wrap things up. Coming out of, basically, retirement it would be nice for you to write our main leads, Do Hak & Jung Jin, to have a nice closure.
Thank you. Having to ask is indication for me to slow down on my watching habit, and savor a drama. Either that, or I'm starting to lose my memory. I agree he was excellent in his scenes with Kim Nam Gil. Too, he's excellent in every role he takes on. Highly underrated actor by viewers, yet casting directors' qualms are soothed. Nine roles in 2022 attest to someone knowing his worth!!!
Take the beginning credits and ending credits out of the equations, and trust me it can be done. Like myself who…
I don't know about that. Maybe a bad year. After reading their long comment in reply to you, WOW. Sadly I thought the sarcasm was bad. Not near the condescension in that last comment though. You go right ahead @Looking4secondarycouples, but I refuse to engage with a misanthrope troll.
If you're wondering why the ending OST sounds familiar, it's because it's from "The Classic", the Korean movie!
Which btw can be seen on YT. I rewatched last night and it's a quintessential unrequited love story. Quite beautiful. 2003 and still doesn't look dated in 2023.
What a sweet Belated BIRTHday present for Son Ye Jin , the release of this movie, couldn't be timed any better. All of the mains are my children's ages.
Looking forward to seeing how this drama wraps up. Strange that Season 1 was on Viki and Season 2 is on Prime…
" Strange that Season 1 was on Viki and Season 2 is on Prime Video."
I hope Viki is able to have it. If not then it might appear that the big names in the streaming industry are pulling a fast one over the smaller guy. I sincerely hope the American companies aren't luring the SKorean networks to hand over their second season dramas bc "we're the biggest in the industy". I can see Amazon Prime, Netflix, and whoever else is regarded as HUGE doing something like this. IF this will be the standard going forward, then we viewers are screwed. We'd have to resort to illegal means which the majority will NOT do bc well, it's illegal and not secure, or we'd have to pay an account fee for an additional streaming service which the majority will NOT do bc they're already cash strapped, or they will not see season 2 if both seasons aren't offered on the same streaming site like Viki.
Oh, the times surely changed for us viewers once the Covid pandemic started to die down and everyday life was getting back to "normal". Big companies are telling us we (viewers/accounts) survived because of them. "They entertained us throughout the pandemic." So, they've raised their rates, and basically don't offer incentives like they use to do several years ago. They should be saying we big companies survived because you demanded entertainment during the pandemic and we were able to offer you that privilege and we made a tremendous profit because of YOU, so here is a little gift.....
Instead, and literally changing the landscape of entertainment, they've forgotten it IS a privilege. Then again, we viewers have forgotten BEING entertained is a privilege. People can do without a privilege when they're so cashed stapped they have to decide between entertainment, or paying the power bill or the food bill. I'd rather have electricity and keep my internet bill so I can watch somethings on a legal free to stream site. Personally, I've let 2 out of the 3 streaming service accounts I have go in the last year, and I refuse to open another Amazon (human rights violator) Prime just to watch a second season of anything.
The big entertainment companies started vying for the cord cutters several years back and have all but replaced purely cable companies and channels. I was a cordcutter who decided to cut her privileged spending habits and use the money saved toward food. I didn't want yet another bill and didn't open a Prime account after 2017 ( I had one for 3 years prior). I aologize, I went on a rant. I hope you know it WAS a rant, and it wasn't directed at you. Thank you for listening. I feel better now. LOL
TL;TR I refuse to open an Amazon Prime account just so I can watch Decoy Season 2.
Do not ever edit or delete this powerful essay on the current (and it will remain CURRENT until women's rights in Korea are equal to those of men) situation regarding women.
It is available on Amazon Prime (possibly in select territories/regions).
Agreed, Jeanette Chosang. Please have great security (for the device you use) on whatever streaming platform IF you decide to use something other than the legal ones. I'm very limited in where I can watch bc I refuse to support certain companies. But I do use a few of the legal free sites IF I can't talk myself out of "needing" to watch a drama or movie. I won't give up something then turn around and give it away to an unscrupulous entity.
Has she ever had a role where she isn't irritating, like in a group, or with a friend, or as a daughter? I really would like to watch her in something that will make me like her. I have seen her in one drama where she was a body guard or something and I liked her in that. Oh, Vagabond. I know reality from fiction. I know she isn't the characters irritating selves she takes on, so please don't come at me.
With BL being prolific, one should specify whether they're referring to male/female romance, male/male romance, or female/female romance. The comment by TheLast attest to specific pairing is required. His comment is from his viewpoint of boy love/ LGBTQ+.
