I was reluctant to start watching even after someone in Timed Comments suggested it after watching the heavy melo we were viewing. But to get that other one outta my mind I said, okay, one episode, just one, and I'll move onto another if I don't like it. Well, it took less than a full episode to get me hooked and the next thing I know I'm already into episode 7 and the sun is coming up. Good thing I'm retired. There's only one word to describe Shopping King Louis.......PERFECTION. From the first few seconds all the way to the last few.

To tell someone who has a history (sexually abused repeatedly by father) "you are worse than him" in the context of his crime (which I assume he DID time for) is possibly the WORST thing someone could say and basically reinforces the abuse by telling the survivor/victim their opinion isn't worth hearing. Even without knowing anyone's background, to tell them they are worse which would mean perverts & sexual predators are better people than they is beyond incredibly inhumane. From personal experience AND from experience while working in the law enforcement industry (I also have a University degree) statistics (& recidivism) show it's never a "one & done" crime. THAT is the point of the uproar over this man's in-your-face casting. Knowing them like I do, once they're caught, do time, and released, they have learned how to hide their activities much better, but they continue on with the behavior. So for future reference, don't you DARE come at me or ANYONE ELSE for expressing an opinion on ANY subject if it's contrary to your own.

Whoever writes the details under an actor's or actress's page included a derogatory word used for a Japanese collaborator (a Korean helping the Japanese during wartime) during the occupation of Korea by Japan. It has been reworded to exclude the word. I thank you for replying b/c I wouldn't have known it was changed unless you had. I applaud the writers for fixing the details. This little improvement has shown me WHY I love kisskh so much!!!

Well that's definitely the ONLY reason I will NOT be watching Dr Romantic season 3. Since S Korean entertainment industry won't take the initiative to ban this actor from being cast then I took my own and ban anything he's in. Have they completely thrown their morals out the window? What does this actor have on the executives that he's always offered a role? I wish a reporter would dive deep into this. Maybe they'd find a little blackmail, or more than a little. With hundreds of qualifying actors why always this paticular one? Yes, I'm extremely peeved at yet another drama being placed on my Not Interested list.

Yes, it is up to the viewers discretion. And it was NOT my intent to discourage others from watching. If I do have an intent it would be to warn others this won't be any great revelation of a drama since the writer has a limited imagination from one drama of hers to another. I'm also curently watching even though I already know what to expect with this particular writer. I'm watching for Lee Sang Woo, and depending on my mood, and right now I'm in a very bad mood, I'll watch dramas such as this to vent my frustration. Normally, I prefer the works of writers such as Noh Hee Kyung.

I can call the sky green all day long yet it's still blue. Massive hits? LOL . The ahjummas of 50s to 60+ who sit at home with a group of their peer ahjummas with nothing better to do but scream at the TV probably agree. As far other age groups, I think they're beginning to see they deserve much better from a new class of writers. Why settle for the same old same old.

Moon Young Nam loves to write toxic depraved relationship and (in)humanity stories with plenty of misandry, rape, misogyny... and don't get me started on her endings. If you've seen one of her products you've seen them all. All are regurgitated with only a cast change. The industry needs to put her out to pasture along with Kim In Young and a few other writers and let a new generation of writers have the opportunity to shine.

I've come to expect anything written by Moon Young Nam, as well as Kim In Young and a few others, to be disasterous with promoting misandry, rape, etc while hoping the viewers will forgive her with their continued watching. How long must viewers be subjected to this writer's depraved heart while she draws a paycheck? A new selection of screenwriters is called for to replace what should be put out to pasture.

Having watched everthing Lee Ha Na has been in (but not FOR her), her face is like this in all of the other dramas too. If it weren't for the Voice series I doubt she'd have ever made it past support roles. And she looks the same in everthing, basically.

Have you not heard NO means NO? When a woman says "NO" twice and then "Don't" to a man it shouldn't be taken as a "Maybe". You're setting a horribe example with Three Bold Siblings.

Prain TPC must have a clause in her contract requesting her appearance in any drama be as homely as possible. No hair, makeup, wardrobe assistants needed. Three Bold Siblings is proof either the director, or the writer or both, or her agency, is working against her.

Still in late 2022 it's wrong for a man old enough to be someone's father to be portrayed as the love interest of someone young enough to be his daughter. It's rather disgusting. Please don't "go there", writer.

I've noticed the average number of movies the elder actors have listed are up to 16, sometimes more, a year prior to the mid to late 1960s. Does anyone have any firsthand knowledge about how overworked the child actors were back then?

They must have REALLY loved working in the entertainment industry to carry on after such heavy schedules.

People CAN live a long time depending on how well they take care of their health throughout their entire lifetime. My maternal grandmother lived to see her 97th birthday. Most of my other relatives lived to near 90 years old.

I hope Nam Goong Won is resting easy in his elder years. With the early years seeing 10-16 films per year, he's due. I don't see how "the flawless image limited his acting career".
