Can these chosen siblings work out their feelings with each other, and will romance form between them?this line…
@ray it was an outright lie to add "while the two boys are struggling with new romantic feelings for Ju Won". because Hae Jun NEVER hd 'romantic' feelings for Ju Won. The synopsis should be rewrittenPERIOD.
You must have a poor memory you didn’t recognize her! because every time I saw her in a drama/movie, I thought…
LOL. "a poor memory you didn’t recognize her" Not recognizing someone isn't the equivalent of having a poor memory. It's an indication they weren't relevant in their role. Recognition means their role and their characterization of the role were meaningful to the drama.
They may promote, plus it's their culture. Some people can drink in the morning and don't get frowned upon
@ Ahn Sarang "considering stomach, colorectal cancers are among five most common types of canser diagnosed in SK". With the increase in meat consumption in the late 1970s, SK's cancer rate had already seen an increase. It would be informational to know if those able to afford meat on a regular basis were the group where the rate increased. The majority (80%) of SKs describe themselves as rarely eating meat. When I see in dramas the promotion of meat, all I see is the promotion of cancer.
Her MUST WATCH works (in my order)-FenceSoratobu KouhoushitsuJuhan Shuttai! Kotaki Kyodai to ShikuhakkuUnnaturalI…
I saw someone recommend her, as a writer, on MIU 404 profile., which was excellently written. My first from her. I'll check out your list in the order. Thank you.
LOVED the 2 main leads in Kounodori & Part 2. MIU 404 is exactly what I wish for Kdramas. LOVED the fresh (still as of '24) unique spin on each case. Guessing what might come next, nada. I SO highly recommend this. Not a dull moment in any episode.
There's quite a difference in someone being just selfish and someone who is like San Ha's mom. His mom is the embodiment of the typical Overt Narcissist.
If anyone hasn't had a relationship with one in real life then a rewatch for her scenes specifically, are a real lesson. If anyone HAS had a relationship with one, our blood is boiling during her scenes.
I've really really really been struggling with not distinquishing the character of Kwon Jeong Hui (San Ha's mom) from the actress Kim Hye Eun. I KNOW Hye Eun is a great actress or she couldn't pull off the excellent portrayal of the role, but the role is surely a reminder of what I escaped and have No Contact with.
If the writer gives the character of Kwon Jeong H a redemptive arc it'll go against the #1 trait of a Narcissist which is they are incorrigible. As @Kate said in a post on Feeds "sometimes redemption arc is not needed. Some people are past that point 🙂".
She makes my blood boil ... my heart is beating so fast after seeing Ep13 sceenes... the guilt tripping, the physical,…
🎯It takes someone who has had a personal relationship with a narcissist to really see what they are. Her behaviors and traits are typical of an Overt Narcissist.
Makes me wonder if whoever is involved in the role portrayals has had one in their life. I've had 5 in my life and they're evil incarnate. San Ha's learning real quick the only way to survice one is to go no contact.
I wonder how many viewers will rewatch right away to see what clues they missed or if it really was as convoluted as it was presented.
For a final episode, too much time was focused on some scenes, and made one think there was another episode or two remaining. As tightly as they portrayed the Doubt all throughout, one would think they wouldn't rush the ending. Yet they did.
I can't say I enjoyed watching, even though the cast was outstanding. No doubt I'll ever rewatch.
This is so depressing. Imagine being stuck in those boring marriages with those boring and uninteresting men.…
and Selfish. Not thinking of the harm they're doing to their children or wives.
Park Jong Seon is just as vile as Kwon Seong Su. Choi Won Bong IS boring and uninteresting. There's hope for Park In Tae. He's sweet and loves his wife, but he's also gullible.
Many women, though, like living boring, uneventful, and uninteresting lives. I'd take that over what Jeong Suk went through and what Yeong Bok is having to deal with any day.
DoubtFULL convoluted plots within this strory reminds me of The Vanished (2028) movie. Just reminds me, and The Vanished isn't anywhere near this convoluted. Waiting in anticipation to either be mind-blown, or cursing myself for wasting 10 hours. With this one, I don't see it any other way bc it def, for me, hasn't been enjoyable to watch. Fully invested to know the answer doesn't require any user to question why I didn't drop it.
Even more than Jang Tae Soo? It is becoming more and more difficult to watch, seriously. Up until episode 7 Koo…
I deleted my "Koo Dae Hong is creepy and unprofessional." I didn't know when voicing our opinion on a specific character we are required to give our opinion on any other character. Sorry about that. Live and learn.
But but but it has all of us doubting from one scene to the next wth is the killer(s), and who is actually not guilty. Among other less trivial things.
