im already very confused w the grandmas and aunts

not the first time i feel they skip stuff

i think the drama NEEDS the dual villain part to be shallow and exaggerated to make us clearly root for the other role played by the same person. its a production choice...
against the current is not a love story per say, and is way longer in episodes. i also think FL by the end fell flat but it was a great drama overall

mostly when a show is really popular, ppl still comeback to it even if they dislike it and get worked up bc they can't relate to the hype...( not talking about constructive critique)

we need a tracking for how many time he lifted her, how many slaps happened, and how many times jundai crashes out 😂 per episode

exactly!! the only way it'd make sense if deep down she felt like a noble lady and thats why she had never accepted her fate in the past which made her immediately shine once she became lady... no wait i also have to switch my brain for that😂

the plot is a bit all over the place though

yeah although its not perfect, this show is very addictive !! the wait is tough!!
2 cdramas i particularly love but are quite heavy:
- kill me love me
-lost you forever (2 seasons & its not the typical love story)
did u watch the classic ones with bai lu, esther etc

its less bad when they at least drop the act in front of each other? it was dramatic for a bit but it dragged

oh was at least they droppped the act that took toooo long

tell me the faking couple tension with Fl and diliren ended? i've put this on hold exactly bc it was going nowhereee

i don't see any reason why the aunt would put her daugter as the child of her brothrr

at this point i'm99% sure there was a switch at birth... the mom leaving is probably because she couldn't keep both twins? that twins was a jinx? and the mom somehow found a way to save both?

100% agree! the drama show us a little bit of that but it still doesnt feel plausible enough! Her worldview is unveiling more slowly and her past was not revealed at once.

only when i really want to give them the benefit, we notice: Achou had many instances where she wished to be in that position.

pretty sure more of her past will be revealed to help but what is really enjoyable for me is to see a character learn from mistakes, not just have a solution because of a past suddenly revealed...

i think they will keep us double/triple guessing... her loyalty is a long game
